Important Note: The Precision AC Units need to be installed in an existing Data Centre as additional units without affecting the operation of the existing racks. Vendor to visit site, understand the details and quote accordingly.

CHILLED WATER TYPE PAC UNITS

SITC of Chilled water type Precision Packaged unit of Under floor Discharge type indoor unit.

The indoor unit shall comprise of multi row chilled water coil capable of very high SHF (SHF near 1), EC Motor(s), plug type backward curved Blower(s), cleanable filters to achieve 5 micron filteration upto 95% efficiency, PIBCV control for chilled water, complete with inbuilt starter panel with necessary overload relays and controller for EC fans, Heaters and Humidifers. Unit to trip incase of receiving signal from FAS Panel. Necessary contactors to be included in the starter panel for tripping. Scope under the Fire Alarm vendor would be limited to providing one potential free contact(suitable for 24V) for each of the unit within 5m distance of the unit. All necessary cabling with wires laid in MS conduits, required accessories such as transformers, contactors etc., shall be in the scope of the PAC Vendor. PAC vendor shall be responsible for tripping the unit on activation of fire signal and demonstrate the same. The unit shall be equipped with suitable BACNET adaptor for integration to BMS.

Machine mounted microprocessor with large digital display panel . The microprocessor panel to have in-built battery or suitable provision of holding the programme schedule, run hour details, alarm history for at least 6 hours in case of mains failure.

Auto restart in the event of power disruption.

Moisture sensor below the false floor, interconnecting wiring to close humidifer solenoid in case of leak.

2 sets of Potential free contacts for all drives.

Motorized GSS damper to be installed in units' outlet/suction and interconnected with the unit's panel to ensure that supply air of working unit does not bypass through the standby unit.

Unit shall be suitable for modulation based on Supply Air Temperature or Return Air Temperature.

Necessary hardware and software for providing BMS connectivity for individual units through BACNET over IP.

Chilled water in/out condition to be considered as 12 and 17 deg C respectively. ( Water flow at the rate of 2.7USGPM/TR only would be available)

Capacities to be at air inlet condition of 28 deg C and 35% RH to the unit.

Bottom discharge Unit for Server Room operating at Unit inlet condition of 28°C and 35% RH. The external static pressure of the evaporator fan shall be able to overcome the pressure loss of the system. (Note: These units would be operating as 1 Sets of 1 Working + 1 Standby configuration)

18 TR, Sensible load 216000 Btu/hr, 10800 CFM @ 125 Pa ESP with heater and humidifier for Server ROOM (in 1W+1S configuration)

SITC of MS painted height adjustable Floor stand (to suit height raised floor). The stand shall be painted if the frame is not hot Dipped galvanised . The frame shall be fully assembled at the Vendor's factory and brought to site in a 'finished' condition. The frame shall include necessary extensions for support of the raised floor tiles as indicated in the drawings. Price to include earthing to raised floor system using 2.5sqmm flexible flexible copper wires with proper termination.

Supplying and laying main incoming copper flexible cable in MS conduit / PVC aluminium armoured cable from the incoming isolator to the unit including necessary termination. Max length of 6 Rmt to be considered for each unit. Price to include for earthing from isolator to unit.

Supply and Fixing of 600mm x 600mm 'U-Flex' Floor grille / Equivalent bi-directional air discharge type complete with necessary volume control damper. The volume control shall be operatable from the top. The grille shall be capable of withstanding loads of upto 1200Kg/sqm as a minimum.

Chilled Water Piping

Welding is not permitted since this is an operational Data Centre. Except for one tap off from existing pipework, welding will not be permitted in other areas. All pipework shall be of mechanically grooved coupling type inside the data centre and either mechanical grooved coupling/flanged joint in the corridor outside data centre.

SITC of Chilled water piping with MS C class pipes complete with fittings, flanges, supports, pressure testing as per specification inclusive of necessary mechanically grooved couplings or flanged joints as specified above.

SITC of MS fabricated "Y" type strainers with removable type bronze screen with 3mm perforation & permanent magent etc. Insulation shall be as per the connected chilled water piping. Strainers shall be rated for 10kg/sqcm pressure.

SITC of Pressure reducing valve - 40mm dia

SITC of 40mm dia solenoid valve in humidifier line to cut water supply, incase of signal from moisture sensor and WLD. Solenoid valve actuator shall be electrical type complete with necessary step down transformer, to accept signal from moisture sensor and WLD and with additional PF Contacts for status monitoring etc.

Charges for Shutdown works like draining the CHW from the system, dismantling the existing insulation, taking tapping for installtion of isolation Ball valves in Supply & Return CHW lines with necesasry welding. Pressure testing the system after installation of isolation valves and carrying out the joint insulation for the dismantled CHW lines. (Note: Supply of Ball valves for the same is measured elsewhere in the BOQ)

Minor civil works such as making any small openings / closing the same for Chilled water pipes / ducts / dampers etc.

WATER LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of embedded digital type Water Leak sensing cables with factory fitted connectors, in following lengths, for digital & independent communication between each cable & control unit, and having identification/mapping tags , hold down clips with adhesive backs, etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications, relevant standards, and direction of Engineer in charge. Other Accessories (Jumper cable , Modular leader cable , modular and terminations , Modular branch connector , Tag plates , hold on clips, Tags )

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Addressable type WLD Sensor Interface Module with relay, 230 V AC operated. and fitted in industrial Grade enclosure and capable of monitoring minimum 250 meters sensing cable length. The panel shall have Power supply and accessories built in. The detection & location accuracy shall be +/- 1m . The Module shall communitcate with any BMS through MODBUS RTU protocol and the same shall be included in module, including all accessories all complete as per drawings, specifications, relevant standards, and direction of Engineer in charge.The module must have the necessary provisions to mute the hooter.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 4 zone Digital Addressable WLD Master Panel, capable of indicating the location of the water leak with +/-1m accuracy, and maintaining event history of mim 100 events having suitable LCD display,4 leak detection zones / programmable relays. The Master panel shall connect to the WLD Digital sensor cables through slave modules, High Level Interface to Integrate with BMS system, Battery backup & charging circuit, including all accessories all complete as per drawings, specifications, relevant standards. The cost should includes necessary modules / accessories to integrate with BMS.
