Disconnecting existing tanks (exc 250& n exc 500 ltr) setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, Cleaning etc and hosting if required reconnecting and re fixing in position(cleaning repairing etc measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto - all as above item No 1 but for (exc 500 & n exc 1000) ltr tank.

M & L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks (500ltr) and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level (incl cutting reinforcement and removing the rubbish to a distance n exc 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M & L precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type-B1 as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes , drain etc) Chula hoods, chajjas, water through managers shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips completeall as specified and as directed

S & F in repair vitreous china wash basin white, flat, back, size 550x400 mm excluding tap waste but including brackets and including cutting for and pinioning in ends of brackets but exclusive of supply waste pipe all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 15mm bore pillar tap cast copper allloy with capstan head Chromium plated screwed down with or without letter Hot or Cold with long shank and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe and fixed as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 32mm dia wast fittings brass chromium plated for basin with long screwed shank and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor for paving’s n.exc 15cm thickness (below are above ground level) and removing the rubbish to a distance n exc 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using( 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/foot path finishing cement concrete even and fair incl filling the expansion joints with sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate laid in panel finished even and smooth with using extra cement as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only glass dividing strip 3mm thick and 22mm wide in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and base of drains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning roof surface such as grass, soils etc as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning and removing of all slit, dirt, mud etc from inside the surface drain at any size and depth by manually or mechanically at various places complete all as specified and directed. Note: All items including (with men and material) should be necessary for this work will be arranged by the contractor).

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 40,855.00
