Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick masonry built in cement mortar and removing of debris off from the outside MOD land all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning/clearing of sewage line upto 150mm dia mechanically by using suction (vacuum) machine from WC to manholes or from cleaning eyes including getting out sludge/ waste from manholes and well flushing after cleaning, removing sludge/ waste in closed container and removing outside MOD Land as directed by Engineer-in-charge (upto 1.5m depth from top of MH to bottom of pipe) all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing of NT/ floor trap CI grating and cleaning of sludge/ slit from NT floor trap including roding CI/PVC pipe from NT/ floor trap to gully trap etc in position including removing sludge/ waste in closed container and removing outside MOD Land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the blockage in IWC, EWC, including roding CI/PVC pipe after opening the oval asses door of CI/PVC bend CI/PVC branch piece (T) etc upto first MH and placing the OAD in position & removing sludge/ waste in closed container and removing outside MOD Land complete all as specified and directed

Taking out of gully trap cover and CI grating and cleaning of sludge/ silt from gully traps including rodings SGSW/ RCC pipe from gully trap to 1st manhole length n.exc 3.0m) and placing back CI grating/PCC cover etc in position including removing sludge/ waste in closed container and removing outside MOD Land complete all as specified and directed

Dewatering of existing SWT of capacity between 10,000 Ltrs to 25,000 Ltrs and cleaning of all organic and inorganic material scale dirt, mud/caked earth silt and cleaning the bottom and sides and applying two coats of white wash and writing the date of cleaning on SWT wall complete all as specified and directed

Dewatering of septic tank/Soakage well, any size any depth, cleaning and taking out effluent water from septic tank by mechanical means as in foul conditions and confined places, filled in closed containers of capacity 5000 Litre each to the full capacity and disposed off outside MoD, authorised by Local Administration complete all as specified and directed. Note: Record of disposal of effluent water shall be maintained by the contractor in a pucca bound register. Entry for each trip disposing off the effluent water in container shall be made in the register and each shall be signed by the JE & Engineer-in-Charge.

Desilting of manhole complete by removing all scum, sludge, silt (both organic and inorganic nature) by mechanical means and disposal of sludge/ waste in closed container and removing outside MOD Land for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removal complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular ) dark/printed in vertical surface area of each tile exceeding 0.13 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match , over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6 as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains, cesspits, manholes, pier holes and NP2 pipes etc(not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) and getting out in any kind of soil, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed,
