Supply, Installation testing & Commissioning of 06 Passenger(G+5) MRL lift at ACB Police Station Awantipora. The lift shall be suitable for 06 passengers, of standard design having speed of 1.0m/s serving from ground, 1st , 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floor l.e. 06 stops and 06 landings. The elevator shall be of state of art technology, energy efficient drive and all its components/ accessories shall conform to relevant IS standards. The job includes CMC for a period of 01 year.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 15KVA servo stabilizers including all allied electrical appurtenances viz.. cabling, L.T control panels, changeovers etc. The stabilizer should have following specifications: a) Capacity:15 KVA, 3-phase unbalanced type b) Input: (100-265) V AC P-N; (150-460) V AC P-P c) Output: 415 V = 1% - phase to phase d) Supply: 3 phase, 4 wires, SOHz e) Operation: Automatic f) Duty cycle: Continuous g) Transformer windings: Copper wound on CRGO laminations as per IS specifications h) Cooling: Oil cooled i) Efficiency: Better than 98% at full load j) Overload capacity: 15% for continuous 4 hours k) Waveform distortions: Nil 1) High speed voltage correction: up to SV to 20V per second m) Protections: Under voltage, Over voltage and Overload with time delay n) Other features: LED indicators, Digital AC ammeter, AC voltmeter, Frequency meters, Phase Sequence meters, Single phase preventer, Stabilizer by-pass arrangement.

Providing and laying in position stone soling handpicked including cossolidation, leveling, dressing, digging etc and all leads of carriage upto site of work.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concerete in 1:2:4 mix grade size of stone aggregate 20mm thick crushed with all leads of carriage upto site of work.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concerete in 1:1.5:3 mix grade size of stone aggregate 20mm thick crushed with all leads of carriage upto site of work, including centering/ shuttering/ curing complete..

Lift pit waterproofing:Providing & Laying integral Cement based water proofing (Injected type) treatment including preperation of surface and then applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound confirming to IS: 2645. After proper curing apply a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietry water proofing compound. The job includes finishing the pit surface with 20mm thick jointless cement morter of mix 1:4 and white washing of the lift shaft.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 3.5 Core 35 Sqmm aluminium armoured cable (XLPE) alomg with thimbles from main panel to lift panel. The job includes prior thimbling of the cables with heavy duty crimping tools followed by PVC tapping of the thimled joints.

Providing / Fitting of 100 Amp MCCB TPN in CRC enclosure.

Providing and fitting of Aluminium composite panel (ACP) of thickness 3mm including all necessary frame work, hardware etc on side walls, inner walls and top wall of lift door opening outside the entrance of each floor.
