Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and subsoils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layersw of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by departmental officers with initial leae and lift etc, complete complying with standard specifiacfion and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick completed etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced centre concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, complete complying with standard specification. TThe binding wire shall be supplyed by the contractor.

Supplying and erecting for sides and soffits including supports and strutting for plane surfaces in all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm and 10 gauge stiffered welded with mild angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmx65cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items, R.C.C. floor slab, bench slab all RCC works.

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Rate for 10m3

Random Rubble Masonry in cement Mortar 1 : 5 for foundation and basement using New Stones including necessary provision for Bond stones with simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar above ground level complying with standard specifications.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 20mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick completed etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed.
