Outdoor Unit

Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/ Variable Refrigerant Volume aircooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R410A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400 V (+/-10%), 3Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. COP > 3.5 The job also includes providing and fitting of hood framed out of 24 swg sheet metal ducts fabricated from galvanised steel sheets complete with all accessories, straight & smooth finished G.I flanges with air tight joints for connecting of the ducts

Indoor Unit

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of VRV/VRF High wall units with, cooling/ heating coil, anti bacterial/anti-mould air filter, temperature indication, equipped with drain pump & drain pan as a standard accessory on indoor unit. The unit must be compatible to the above mentioned outdoor unit with wired remote control for each indoor unit. The job also includes p/f of resting fixtures for indoor unit, PVC drain pipe of 32 mm dia, piercing of walls for laying of liquid, vapour & condensate pipes and repairing of same to bring it in original decor. The units shall be of the following capacities :

Providing and installing oil cooled outdoor 300 kVA 3 phase 4 line 415 Volt Servo Stabliser with input voltage band of 250-460 Volts (P-P) with OL trip, Delay timer, hi/lo cut, Digital Micro controller, Brass bush bar, build of CRCA sheet, 4 no bidirectional castors made with high quality copper winding on both Core transformer and wide band dimmer. The job also includes providing and fitting of 400A 4 Pole MCCB in an enclosure at the input to the servo stablizer

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of cubical type wall mounted power distribution panels suitable for 415V, 3 Phase, 4Wire 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having suitable capacity extensible type FP Aluminium Alloy bus bars of high conductivity, DMC/ SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity of 3 MV A for I Sec. with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of Al. bus bars and control wiring with 1.5 sq.mm.
