Supply and fixing Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including removing the existing tubelight and fans, extending the wiring, hanging and refixing the same at new height to make them functionable including necessary wiring wherever reqired of same specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. This item is to be executed using the manufacturer prescribed installation arrangement Note : Cost of removing and electrical fitting and refixing the same at new height including wiring is deeemed to be included under this item. Supply and fix 8mm thick PVC Coated Perforated calcium silicate board for insulation and accoustic purposes, approx 595x595 mm in size, fixed with nails to GI frameworkorwith staples on snap grid as in ceilling complete all as specified and directed. Make : Gyproc/Ramco or equivalent

S & F anodized aluminum frame is made by using 1.2mm thick hollow tubes, 50x25mm vertically and horizontally at 610mm centres to form a regular grid of 610x610mm size. Frame joint together using L clamp. These frames are fixed to the wall at 600mm centres with nylon sleeves and wood screws including taking down existing ACs and switch socket, extending the wiring and refixing the same on newly board including wiring/switch/sockets wherever is required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. This item is to be executed using the manufacturer prescribed installation arrangement Note : Cost of removing and electrical fitting and refixing the same at new height including wiring is deeemed to be included under this item. S & F 8mm thick PVC Coated perforated calcuim silicate boards for insulation and accoustic purpose screwd/ fixed to either side of all aluminium studs fixed on wall by self-drilling and taping screws having phillips head with under head cutter of suitable length at 200mm centres (12 mm away from the edge and 40mm from the corners), with a gap of 1.5 to 2.0mm. The square edges of the boards are chamfered by 4x3mm or made tapered (40x1.5mm) by grinding them at site before fixing including necessary joint filling by tape or as per manufacture's specification complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S & F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 12mm thick toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions, automatic doors and similar work including all SS accessories required such as handles, cleats etc cutting to shape, drilling holes required complete all as specified and as directed.

Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, with broken stone boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Heavy Duty Parking Tiles 600 x 600 15 mm thick with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cment slurry in floors over 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks with type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggretate) , exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.
