M & L for applying two coats of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint over a coat of primer on new /old puttied wall surface complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Asian - Apex Ultima (Finish high sheen), Berger - weather coat long life (finish - high sheen), Dulux - Weather shield Max or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore of pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including repair and replacement old pipe all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) bends of 110 mm bore and any radius all as specified.

S&F for Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes,including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Securing glass of any description in existing Metal/wooden frames glazed secure with glazing clip, putty/ beads including removing loose or decayed putty/ beads, painting/oiling one coat on rebates, grooves, reputtying and painting/oiling puttied surface to match existing work (New length of frame reputtied shall be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane as incl removing of existing glass if required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hackisng for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over & inculding a coat of white cement base putty complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per Srl item No.15 here-in-before, but 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even using integral waterproofing compound for wall, chajja, fins, sides including Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls complete. Note:-Supply only of WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces of ceiling finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
