Materials & labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size (300x200mm/350x250mm/450x350mm) of 7mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado/riser to steps etc conforming to IS-13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed/backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floor over and including 50 micron polythene film laid complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring and finished the concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 38mm wide glass dividing strips 3mm thick as in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Vitreous China squatting pan of ‘Orissa pattern’, of size 580 mm x 440mm (white) with integral foot rest‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet, any pattern (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and flushing pipe anti syphon pipe etc complete including provision of PCC bedding and connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, etc. complete including making good to floor all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Supply & fix as in repair 10 litre capacity low level PVC flushing cistern (any colour), syphonic action type, with inlet,ball valve, float,handle, fixed with cast iron bracket (of suitable size) and providing 32 mm dia PVC flush pipe and making all necessary connections complete (excluding PVC connection pipe) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Hindware Model SLEEK ESSENCE DUAL FLUSH or equivalent approved.

S&F PVC floor trap, 75mm dia, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make- Prayag Cat No 323 or equivalent of approved make.

Supply and installation of pumpset motor 10 HP, 3 Phase, 1440 RPM, 415 V fixed to cast iron frame with base held tightly in place with nut, bolt arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Making connection to inlet, outlet of pump and motor with flange, couplings, connected fittings and accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, 1000 litres capacity, ISI marked multi layer constriction (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted & fixed in position including supply and fixing of 15/20/25mm bore Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe of having weight not less than 142/210/455 gms including connection complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling of old unserviceable water tank.

M&L for 25mm dia steel tubing medium grade galvanised with allfitting fixed complete to walls and ceiling or floor complete all as specified and as directed

S&F CP mixer for hot and cold water mixing, ISI marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends for GI pipe complee all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement gun metal gate valves of size 15mm bore ISI marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per sl item No. 126 above but 25mm bore.

M&L for 15mm dia steel tubing medium grade galvanised with allfitting fixed complete to walls and ceiling or floor complete all as specified and as directed

S&F stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed of size 15mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix stop connection 15mm size with PTMT nut of length 750mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Screwing 25mm bore in existing steel tubing for alteration or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connection) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power cables, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 2 core with all fixing & connecting accessories as in service connection complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable one. Note : The rate quoted by the bidder shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of aluminium thimbels/lugs of suitable size.
