Note- PCC filling of hollow section shall be measured and paid seperately.

S & F pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness, size 105 mm X 60 mm, Profile B, single rebate including hinges, mortar guards, lock strike plate, shock absorbers complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M10 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

S & F 35 mm thick, timber species of super group and durability class I as per IS 12896: 1990 and first grade as per IS 1003 (Part-1): 2003, hard wood, factory made, panelled shutters (multi panels) with lock rail and panel of 12 mm thick veneered particle board, Grade -I, Type -I (solid core, general purpose), designation (SO GP-I) conforming to IS 3097 supplied and fixed to chowkhats. The size of style and rail as per IS 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated.

Taking down carefully without point wiring by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc. for reuse at site or carrying to the store (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse)

Taking down serviceable energy meter /ceiling fan/exhaust fans any sweep, deposite in safe custody after repair work reinstall in original position after minor repair if any complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down main switch/MCB DB/ sheet metal enclosure by disconnecting the electric supply including MCB/MCCB/Cut out etc. any type and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unsv meter box and S&F Thermoplastic polystrene of IP 65, single phase metering cover wall mounted of size 217x253x115 mm with transport glass and necessary fixing nut, bolts and clamp for installations of single phase energy meter. Quoted rate includes connections of respective energy meters at specific locations complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. (Make : Hensel of RAL 7035. Note- Fixing of existing meter in the box is included in the quoted rate.
