Supplying, Fabrication, replacement and Installation of wire mesh protection frame for existing feeder pillar made out of 8 SWG M.S wire mesh size (75mmX25mm rectangle nominal) of following size with M.S angle iron base frame 35mm X 35mm X 5mm angle iron and with M.S strip support of size 35mm X 5mm in cross and 0.5mtr long legs support of same angle (as per drawing attached), i/c door in front portion, supplying and fitting of go down lock i/c locking arrangement, painting and grouting of angle iron frame with lugs in CC 1:3:6 foundation etc. as approved by Engineer incharge etc. complete as regd. Repairing of existing wiremesh protection frame including supplying & fixing of 8 SWG M.S. wiremesh (of size 75mm x 25mm) with M.S. angle iron base frame (of size 35mm x 35 mm x 5 mm), cutting, welding, painting, making locking arrangement etc. complete as reqd.

Dismantling of existing path light pole including Dismantling of existing collar foundation i/c Supplying& welding of MS base plate of size 300 mmx 300 mm x 12 mm thick with stiffner of size 130mm x 60 mm x 5 mm thick at suitable length i/c cutting of pole at suitable length , supplying anf fixing of suitable size of bracket for mounting the light fitting on the pole, suitable earth stud on base plate, making suitable size hole in pole at a height of 2.5 mtr from base plate for cable entry/ exit, painting & Numbering of pole, making suitable size hole in base plate for cable entry/exit into the pole and fixing the pole on the existing foundation with the existing nut-bolts, washers etc. complete as required.

Supplying and replacement of S.S. wire rope 6 mm dia. 7X19, SS-304 for moving type ring high mast connection, testing etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying and replacement of manually operated gear box having simple Gear and pinion arrangement made up of bronze with 2 nos of Drum and bush etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of connection box cover for 12 mtr and above pole with G.I sheet of 2mm thickness having size of 1.5 m (L) * 0.45(W) including drilling hole for cable entry, cutting & fitting etc complete as required.
