De-watering of septic tanks/soakage wells and sewage line by pumping with trolley mounted pump sets including carrying the waste water in closed containers and unloading it out side the MoD land at location shown by Engr-in-Charge at a distance not exc 5 km from the starting point including removing the existing manholes cover and replacing the same, septic tanks/soakage wells of any size/depth complete all as specified and directed. S&F for aluminium powder coated glazed three track sliding window of frame 100mmx44mmx1.5mm and sliding shutter of section 40mmx19mm including 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane, in two track shutter and in one track stainless steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, including all fittings such as aluminium handle of size 100mm and locking arrangements with each moving leaf, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of double cylinder floor spring hydraulically regulated suitable for toughned glass door of upto120Kg weight, with top and bottom SS pivot, having corrosion resistance galvanized steel housing, High grade cast iron mechanism body with SS cover plate, other parts made of MS, heavy duty, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Godrej/Universal/Everest.

Demolition of stone slabs/paver block and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut polished kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for polished kota stone slab 18 -20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6, rubbing, grinding, rounding of edges and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Kota stone shall be laid in one piece for treads and risers for step, window cills and moulding/rounding of edge properly.

M&L for dholpur stone as on wall cladding with machine cut face work , arches hexagonal roof pillar and all facing etc of 15mm to 18mm thick one side single length laid and jointed with screw to wall in cement and sand mortar 1:2 including ardelite chemical and recess pointed with an admixture of white cement and dholpur stone dust 1:1 and making edges, work in small patches including preparing the existing wall surfaces, in any height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite tile 18-20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white/coloured cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite tile including cutting and polishing etc including screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas , roofs, facia etc. by necessary preparation i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, sufaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforced with welded mesh of weight exc 2kg per sq mtr but not exc 3kg/sqm with or without facia and finished with cement sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand in patches are not exc 70mm including applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces in at any height complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of formwork and welded mesh shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for water proofing layer with Dr. Fixit sure seal external wall waterproofing as per company instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 of tender documents.
