Repairs and servicing of defective submersible pump of capacity of 5 HP, 7.5 HP and 10 HP by dismantling the pump and removing unserviceable parts, assemble the pump properly after replacement of unserviceable parts. Note : (a) The rates are inclusive of transportating the pump set to workshop and back to site. (b) The rates are inclusive of turning/finishing work for fixing of parts properly. (c) Unserviceable parts if any replaced shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under Item No-26. Rewinding of submersible motor 3 phase of capacity 3 HP by taking out burnt copper winding from stator, cleaning the casing and slots with wire brush and washing with pressure water and dried it , re-winding the motor required gauge of insulated copper wire and making the winding leak proof and connection lead suitable size of submersible cable upto 2 mtr long all as specified and directed.

Repairs and servicing of horizontal Split type single delivery centrifugal pump set 100 HP PumpSet Kirloskar make, duly replacing the following worn out parts and re-erecting, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed (a) Coupling bolts (b) Coupling rubber bushes (c) Split casing gaskets (d) Gland bolt and gland packing (e) Shaft sleeves (f) Replacing the air cock greasing nipples etc. ,(g) Replacing of fan blade and fixing of rubber mounting vibration pad mounting frame, suction pipe up to the sump, delivery pipe, valves, meter, specials etc., installed inside the pump house all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs and servicing to Squirrel cage induction motor , 3 Phase 415 volts, AC, 50 HZ, 100 HP, make CG, cleaning the inside of stator, rotor, varnishing and drying, re-erecting, aligning with the pump, testing and commissioning, including replacement of DE and NDE bearings, grease nipples, any other minor parts required for proper functioning, over hauling including replacing worn out minor parts, terminals etc and the motor after preparing the surface all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the electric connection from the induction motor and taking down the motor 100 HP after removing the necessary nuts/ bolts and coupling etc and transporting to local workshop and Dismantling and opening the AC motor by unscrewing the bolts / nuts end cover etc and taking out the burnt starter and rotor windings, cutting and removing the burnt out copper windings complete from the startor slots including necessary cleaning thoroughly with a wire brush and drying and applying a coat of varnish etc all as specified and including material and labour for rewinding with super enameled copper wire as per the existing gauge including placing the fibre glass sleeves and insulating paper glass F (numen) and applying appropriate varnish dirying replacement of bearings 2 Nos and properly assembling including testing and transporting back to the Pump House , assembling the motor carefully to its original position including necessary electric and other connections and testing to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
