Excavation in trenches n,exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m deep for foundation and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Soling (or sub base) spread thickness 150mm broker boulders or quarried stone, inter sticesfilled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

150mm thick (compacted thickness) in TWO layer ( Each layer 75 mm thicknees ) water bound macadam with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), of type lime stone,flint or quartzite spread, rolled and consolidated to required level, gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a primer tack coat of bitumen VG-30 grade @ 10 kg per 10 Sqm of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm thick (mixed in central computerized hot mix plant) consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled wih mechanical vibratory power roller 8 to 12 tonnes capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth n.exc 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth and applying evenly tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size making good by filling in screened and graded road metal and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using paving bitumen VG-30 with binder content 4% by weight of total mix complete rolling with static power roller of capacity 8 to 10 ton complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing of existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, etc applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm of using VG-10 grade bitumen complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 1.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads pavments with hot applide thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturesers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m abvoe the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing of existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, etc applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm of using VG-10 grade bitumen and applying 40mm thick (Consolidated thickness) bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete (design mix) with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix and mixed cement as inert material, laid with mechanical paver plant rolled and completed to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tone power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thick , (below or above ground leaval) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone sett paving of any description or thickness in floors,apron complete all as specified and directed.

M&L broken stone or boulder hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thich PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete pave block of M-35 grade with approved colour design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete pave block of M-35 grade with approved colour design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 ty B-1 (20mm graded aggt) as in bed block, coping, benching, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to I.S. 1161-1998
