1 The bidder shall ensure that the tender processing fee and EMD be deposited in Karnataka Public Procurement Portal before submission of the Bid.

2 The bidder should furnish EMD as stipulated in Tender Notification and as furnished in Standard Tender Bid Document KW-1, KW-2, KW-3 & K.W-4.

3 The available tender capacity will be calculated as stipulated in Sec.3 of KW-1, KW-2, KW-3 & K.W-4 and Corrigendum issued thereon. Even though the tenderers meet the above criteria , they are subject to be disqualify if they have: Made misleading or false representations in the forms, statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements.

4 The available tender capacity will be calculated as stipulated in Sec.3 of KW-1, KW-2, KW-3 & K.W-4 and Corrigendum issued thereon. Even though the tenderers meet the above criteria , they are subject to be disqualify if they have: Made misleading or false representations in the forms, statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements.

5 Corrigendum pertaining to Tender are applicable as per Government Circulars.

6 All tenders shall provide the required information accurately and sufficient details in section 3 form of tenders and qualification information.

7 Contractor shall make their own arrangements for procurement of all materials and machineries required for the work. There is no departmental supply of materials. Contractor should procure materials and as defined in specifications prescribed in ISI and submit necessary quality control certificates from the authorized agencies before execution and same shall be submitted along with bills.

8 The Tenderer should complete the work within the stipulated period , otherwise Security Deposit amount will be forfeited and action will be taken for black listing of such contractors.

9 The Photos and Video graphs should be taken before commencement , during execution and after completion of the work in presence of nodal officers.

10 The Tenderers who meets all tender conditions stipulated in KW-1, KW-2, KW-3 & K.W-4 are only eligible

11 The undersigned reserves the Right to accept / reject any/ all tenders without assigning any reason.

12 The defect liability period of the work is one year from the date of completion of the work.

13 Conditional tenders will be rejected.

14 The work shall be implemented within the grants allotted by the Government.

15 Within 20 days of receipt of the letter of intent, the Successful tenderer shall deliver to the employer a security deposit for an amount equivalent to 5% of contract price plus additional security for unbalanced tender in favour of Executive Engineer Rural Water supply and Sanitation Division, Bangalore Urban.

16 The E.M.D Declaration Annexture Should be submitted through Karnataka Public Procurement Portal mandatory.

17 If the Tenderer who fails to complete the work within the stipulated period under this Division, such tenderers will not be entertained for partipitation for future tenders.

18 Submission of insufficient documents required for Qualification of Tender document as per KW-1, KW-2, KW-3 & K.W-4 of SBD will be Technically dis-qualified.
