REPAIRS TO WPT,FLOORING, PLASTERING AND CONNECTED ITEMS IN ZONE II AREA AT INS CHILKA UNDER GE CHILKA

Taking down existing waterproofing tratment complete of any description from brick or RCC wall and RCC slab by scrapping including removal of rubbish where directed to a distance not exceeding 100m and applying 15mm thick cement screed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or bricks surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement to receive roof mixed with liquid water proofing compound @200ml per 50 kg weight of cement over and than applying water proofing roof treatment, consists of a five layered Atactic polypropylene modified polymeric membrane of minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weight not less than 3.0 Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm), laid with LPG torch forced application over roof surface, with a side & end overlaps of minimum 100 mm, with and including priming the surface with a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm each at top and bottom of the membrane as bonding material, and a coat of bituminous aluminium primer @ 100 gm/Sqm on top, including sealing all joints by thermo fusion, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions. Note : Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

Disconnecting existing tanks exceeding 250 ltr not exceeding 500 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position complete all as specified and as directed.M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm / 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match and fixed over including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified

Disconnecting existing tanks exceeding 500 ltr not exceeding 1000 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exceeding 1000 ltr not exceeding 2000 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down and refixing 25 mm bore of pipe steel tubing and connections, including removal from site of the complete all as specified and directed directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm bore of tubes, 'medium grade'galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub bases finishing the surface even and rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair water closet pedestal vitreous china white pattern (EWC) including white colour seat cover and connection to drain and to flush pipe & mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device etc (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including 100mm bore traps P or S complete all as specified and directed.
