Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns,piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping,bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering ,shuttering and finishing - 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete m-20 mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated for bed plates exlcuding steel reinforcement, but including centering and shuttering, laid in position.

Cement plaster 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:3

Providing and fixing 110 mm dia PVC pipes (4kg / cm2) in weep holes including cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate ) and filling of pebbles etc.,

Supplying and filling with quary dust in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering etc. complete. The rate includes all lead and lift head load, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working in or under foul /slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Conveyance of available soil and dressing up in embankment by using machinery for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depression within a lead of 1 (one) Km and lift upto 6.00m in all kinds of soil.

Supplying and placing in position HDPE cement bags filled with sand for breach closing / diversion arrangement. The cost includes the cost of empty HDPE bags , labour charges for filling the bags and placing in position , removing the bags from site after completing the work etc., complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work
