REPAIRS REPLACEMENT OF UG CABLE MAINT OF LT PANEL, APFC PANEL ,STREET LIGHT AND CONNECTED ITEM IN GRC, MH, R LINE,T LINE AND NAGPUR AREA UNDER GE KAMPTEE.

Taking down the unserviceable LT cable of any size from tranches/ walls /floor etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- laying of cable route is same as old cable route.

Supply and Laying in trenches or fixing in walls / poles or drawing through pipe XLPE insulated, screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 120 sq mm, 3.5 core including testing after laid and jointed with lugs, nuts, bolts, washers ,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work, cable protection shall be measured and paid separetely.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, by using excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested ,complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethylene (HDPE) pipe For laying of Electric cable of size 63 mm outer diameter and 51 mm inner diameter with IS 16205 (Part 24) 1: 2018 laid in trenches,wall,floor,pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethylene (HDPE) pipe For laying of Electric cable of size 90 mm outer diameter and 76 mm inner diameter with IS 16205 (Part 24) 1: 2018 laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing surfaces of electric poles of height of HT rail/ tubular poles exceeding 7.5 Mtrs upto 9.5 Mtrs above ground level, including MS cross arms, MS clamps, street light brackets, bracket clamps, cable protection pipe stay etc of any sizes and shape & dusting, cleaning the surface complete and applying one coat of primer and two coat of aluminium paint completely, alternate layer of yellow and black paint of 150 mm strip at the bottom of pole 1.5 mtr above coping with synthetic enamel paint ,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Sr No. 13.00 here-in-before but, height of steel tubular poles 7.5 Mtrs above ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing surfaces of electric poles of RCC type of any sizes including MS cross arms, MS clamps, street light brackets, bracket clamps, cable protection pipe stay etc of any sizes and shape & dusting, cleaning the surface complete and applying one coat of primer and two coat of weather proof paint completely and alternate layer of yellow and black synthetic enamelled paint of 150 mm strips at the bottom of pole 1.5 mtr above coping, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces of electric two pole structures of height of pole up to 10 Mtrs above ground level including MS cross arms, AB Switch pipe, DO Fuse assembly, MS clamps, brackets, bracket clamps, cable protection pipe stay etc of any sizes and shape & dusting, cleaning the surface complete and applying one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer ,complete including writing the pole No. using diffrent colour in specfic size all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces of electric Four pole Structures of height of pole up to 10 Mtrs above ground level including MS cross arms, AB Switch pipe, DO Fuse assembly,MS clamps, brackets, bracket clamps, cable protection pipe stay etc of any sizes and shape & dusting, cleaning the surface complete and one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer ,complete including writing the pole No. using diffrent colour in specfic size all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs LED street light luminaires of capcity 60 watts with pressure die cast aluminium housing heat resistance toughened glass, IP 66 protection complete with driver, 2.5 sqmm 2 core multistranded aluminium wire for connection from street light fitting to OH line or junction box and fixing accessories, complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Cat No. LSTP-60-CDL of CG or equivalent as approved from specified makes.

Supply and fix in repair LED street light luminaires of capcity 45 watts with pressure diecast aluminium housing heat resistance toughened glass, IP 66 protection complete with driver, 1.5 sqmm 3 core multistranded aluminium wire for connection from street light fitting to OH line or junction box, and fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Cat No. LSTS-45-CDL-1 of Crompton or equivalent as approved from specified makes.

Material & Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch/control board upto 7.5m away from the earth electrode including excavation earth work, PCC chamber, RCC cover slab char coal, watering pipe, wire mesh lugs, earth lead protection pipe 15mm bore, light grade 7.5m long as applicable and as per plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 ,complete all as specified and directed. (a) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil. (b) Drilling of holes in electrode (c) PCC pit in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (d) 40 mm thick Pre-cast RCC cover with suitable handle. Material and labour for steel tubular swaged pole complete with base plate, pole cap, nut bolt washer etc 8.5 meters long type 410 SP-22 swaged poles conforming to IS 2713 (Part-I to III) 1980 all as specified including two coats of black bitumen paint through out internally and externally upto planting depth and applying two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer (externally) and numbering of poles as directed, including excavation /earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40mm graded aggregate) for pole foundations of size 600x600x1500mm height upto ground level and using PCC 1:2:4 B-1 for coping with size 450x450x300mm including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs thermoplastic cable entry junction boxes of size 250 x 220 x 135mm and IP-65 protection level with metric knock out fixed on poles with MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers including MCB SPN, 6-32 amps, 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' curve 240 volts, 50Hz including necessary incoming and outgoing electric connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc., separate (detachable) gland plate, bakelite connector 4 way 20 amp, dust and vermin proof, front door opening with hinges and locking arrangement,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Heat shrinkable straight through cable jointing kit for 1100 Volts grade cable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 150 to 185 Sq mm ,complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation and earth work ,returning and filling, removing involved shall be measured and paid seperatelay.

Supply and fixing in repair retro reflective boards in shape of rectangle of size 1.0 m x1.4 m made out of 2 mm thick stainless steel both side bounded/pasted with high prismatic, sheet mannufactured by avery dennison or 3 M with desired letters /logos designed as directed the board shall be supplied with and including stainless steel frame made out of 25mm dia pipe in frame around duly welded with and including stainless steel sheet and stainless steel posts of 38 mm dia and full length of 2.20 m one side and 2.8 m other side complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Rate for fixing of boards with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 filling of size 45x45x60 cm to be incl in unit rate. (ii) The board should be written description as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
