M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places, laid in alternate bays, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, laid in alternate bays, surface finished even and smooth using without extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with use water proofing compound, surface finished even and smooth complete. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring benching to drain, coping, etc and the like edge slightly rounded or chamfered including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick light shade double charged (of square shape) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy joint filler to match the shade of tiles including screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 11 but using as skirting/dado including screed bed10 mm thick for wall tiling etc. in CM 1:3.

Demolition of Brick work / stone masonry built in cement mortar and removing the debris from MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite slab of approved quality (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 if required and as specified.

M&L for Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thickness of granite stone any description of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. completeall as specified.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7/600x 300x 7mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as wall, dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match including screed bed10 mm thick for wall tiling etc. in CM 1:3. complete all as specified.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces in CM 1: 6 finished fair & even & smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applyingdistempering 2 coats with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification.over one coat of alkali resistant primer after applying 2 mm thick wall care putty on walls, all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing cupboard units including necessary items as required and directed.

Taking down Aluminium partition/ door as specified and directed.

Refixing serviceable Aluminium partition/door including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading screws, anodised aluminium fittings as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminum frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified.

S&F Powder coated anodised aluminium door shutters aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sheet glass 4.80mm thick ordinary quality obscured or frosted on one side and in square exec 0.5 Sqm in each pane glazing with rubber gasket fixed to aluminium frame work / snap beading complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC waste pipe 38/40 mm dia, 800-900 mm length of cat no PTA-63 of Make- Prayag or equivalent in polytuf for urinal complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel tubing water tubing medium grade, galvanised with all fittings of 50 mm bore and fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, n. exc 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting Holes in brick walls in cement mortar for inserting holdfast ,pipes or steel sections and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required exc half brick but n exc one brick etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces or un-plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of surfaces of walls and applying two coat of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer and 1 mm thick wall care putty after complete removal of existing treatment, all as specified and directed.

(E/M PORTION) Disconnecting all the incoming and outgoing rubber hoses and drain out the water from the chocked radiator assembly of the 500KVA DG Sets and taking down the radiator assembly by unscrewing all mechanical connections from the existing mounting, transporting the same to civil workshop for carrying out servicing, opening the top and bottom covers of the radiator assembly cleaning thoroughly the chocked pipe of the radiator by using detergent lime caustic soda, cotton waste etc, cleaning of all the deposited sediments in the pipes, soldering / brazing the leakage pipe, re-fixing the top and bottom covers after completion of above works, transporting the radiator assembly back to site and refixing the same to its original position with suitable size of nut, bolt and washers etc., for the following DG sets all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting all electrical connections from the self starter of capacity 24 volts, 180 AH and taking down the self starter for carrying out repairs and complete overhauling the system including replacing the unserviceable parts like carbon Brushes, Bearings / Couplings, Burnout Coils, Field coils, Armature etc, reassembling and re-fixing the self starter to its original position and reconnect the 500 KVA DG Sets all as directed.

Disconnecting all electrical cable connections from the dynamo assembly and taking down the dynamo assembly for carrying out repairs and complete overhauling the system including replacing the unserviceable parts like Carbon brushes, Bearings, Armature. Burnt out coils etc. reassembling and re-fixing the dynamo assembly to its original position and reconnect all disconnected the cable connections including testing complete of 500 KVA DGs all as directed:-

Supply & Fix of 24Volts Battery Charger with input range of 230 volt AC ,an out put of 27 V DC and 10 amps maximum current complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix New batteries 180 AH, 12 V, 25 plates. complete all as specified and as directed.

Draining out the fuel from the fuel tank of DG Sets of 500 KVA capacity and keeping it in separate container, disconnecting all the fuel lines and other mechanical connections and taking out the fuel tank for cleaning, cleaning the fuel tank both internally and externally by removing all the accumulated dust / sediments, leak testing the tank and welding / brazing, including one coat of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide and re-fixing the tank to its original position, replacing the drain plug and PVC pipe protected with steel flexible pipe, calibrating the fuel tank, refilling the drain out fuel back into the tank and provision of locking arrangements complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down the defective / unserviceable DC wiring and rewiring with same size of cable including supply and replacing of complete wire with flexible pipe, control cable including testing complete all as directed for 500 KVA DG Set:-

Disconnecting and isolating the engine from the alternator of the 500 KVA DG Sets from its base and taking down the old defective flywheel by unscrewing the bolts nuts etc and fix new fly wheel to the engine and reconnecting, Re-alignment the alternator to the engine and testing complete all as directed by EIC
