Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 300 mm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pire holes, etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 for type B-1( 20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 as in bond stone etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to random or polygon rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls exc 10 cm but n exc 20cm wide, etc finish with rough finish flat surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-10 above but 6 to 8 mm dia bars as in stirrups/ spacers.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete (design mix ) in M- 30 (20 mm graded stone aggregate ) of slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors /roof landings/balconies, copings deck slabs and in shelves as the like complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:6 of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge of Broken stone or Boulder n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D2 ( 1:4:8) 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub bases ,floors and pavings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete work 150 mm in (1:2:4 ) mm graded stone aggregate as in floor/pavement/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L forming contraction(dummy) joint 65 mm deep x10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.
