S&F in repair factory made FRP (Fibre reinforced plastic) Manhole/drain cover with commercial grade having loading capacity 5 tone of any shape and size with/without hole over and including suitable FRP frame set in PCC C0 1:3:6 with 12.5 mm aggregate and holding down bolts . provided with safe and anti-slippery surface, fire retardant, Anti Corrosive, suitable locking system, and enable clear opening with provision of easy lifting hooks etc; with all necessary fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, confirming to Fe-410, Gde-E-165, cut to length, bent to shape as required, including cranking, bending spirally for manhole rungs etc; including fixed to manhole walls complete all as specified and directed. Note: - PCC block shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Taking down cement or cement line plaster on bricks on stone walls etc incl racking out joints, heacking for key, scrubbing down with water Complete.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering with ready mix plaster on faces of brick or concrete wall surface, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings .complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of walls/ ceiling and M&L applying two coats on walls/ceiling with spray machine, of GreenPro certified water-based, modified acrylic, exterior Apex Suprema Emulsion or equivalent as per required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives, heat reflectant property, VOC less than 2% by mass, Class A IS-15489 and IS-101 @5-6 sqm/ltr over a coat of primer, necessary tools and machinery to give an even shade . Application to be done only by applicator authorised by manufacturer, also shall be approved by AGE(I) before starting of work.

Removal of existing loose treatment by scraping with mechanical wall/ceiling by vacuum based sanding machine (wall sanding machine with internal dust extraction system & having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7 inch/ 9 inches to make the surfaces free from dust, loose paint etc by using smart periodical methodology/auto roller and M&L for two coats spray machine, of GreenPro certified water-based, modified acrylic, exterior Apex Suprema Emulsion or equivalent as per required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives, heat reflectant property, VOC less than 2% by mass, Class A IS-15489 and IS-101 @5-6sqm/ltr over a coat of primer, necessary tools and machinery to give an even shade . S&F in repairs SFRC drain cover 100 mm thick of any size & pattern, perforated/solid set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of covered drains/channels by moving aside drain cover and putting back after completely removing silt, soil, mud, sludge, vegetation growth, stones, muck, debris etc. manually or mechanicaly of any width and removing the collected waste at the end of each working day outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of sewage lines from 100 mm bore not exc 300 mm bore including manholes by super sucker cum jetting machine with water jet pressure, the sucked wastage material will be collected in tanker and disposed off out of MoD land . All T&P will be provided by contractor including water for pressure to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole, the sludge deposited in sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MOD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Declogging/cleaning of hume pipe by completely removing silt, soil , sludge , stone , muck, debries etc manually or mechanicaly from 200 mm bore nexc 450 mm bore and and removing the collected waste at the end of each working day outside MoD land. All T&P will be provided by contractor including water for pressure to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and testing by pouring water. Collected waste ,silt, soil , sludge , stone , muck, debries etc shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MOD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel/cast iron work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in holdfasts, coping on edges etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair retro reflective informatory signage and boards, made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTMD-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, any number of letters/number , dashes , arrows and borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners all complete specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. (Structural frame work for errecting including frame to be paid separately.
