M&L for 16 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Old Size Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius complete built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Old size Brickwork with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado / skirting / risers to steps etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The size of tiles (except thickness) may be varied during execution without any price adjustment.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1 : 4 for fixing of wall tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick Light shade vitrified ceramic tiles in floors, not exceeding 0.36 sqm, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 for laying of floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18/19 mm thick high density PVC/ WPC solid fibre board with prelaminated PVC sheet as Kitchen cupboard, shutters, drawers and frame fixed with hinges, channels etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The Hardware items i.e. Connecting hinges, Channels, Handles, Magnetic Catchers etc will be paid separately)
