INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Material and labour for Sub main wiring with 2 runs 6 sqmm and one run 6 sqmm earth continuity conductor 1100 Volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable single core multistranded ISI marked (IS694) drawn through and including not less than 20 mm PVC rigid conduit medium grade ISI marked (IS-9537) part-III including accessories such as bends, supports cleats including connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Three runs of 6 sqmm copper cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit length. (ii) The wiring shall be done in proper colour coding using red, yellow and blue for phase, black for neutral and green for earth leads.

Supply and fix MCB double pole DB Sheet Steel enclosure including MCB DP 32 Amps 'C' curve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5/15 Amps, 240 V complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC rectangular box for mounting switch socket with plastic laminated sheet cover of size 175mm x100mm x50mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for galvanized iron tubing 40mm bore light grade with all fitting laid on wall/ floor/ under road/ culvert/ on pole for protection of earth strip including providing fixing clamps, bolts and nuts of suitable size as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix copper strip 20x3 mm on wall/ buried in ground including all connecting necessary arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, including provision of copper strip 20x3mm as earthing lead connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, provision of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for copper earth strip protection connected from earth plate electrode to main switch board, provision of 20mm dia GI pipe light grade with funnel top for watering arrangement and PCC M-10 type C1 chamber, GI funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC M-20 for earth pit cover with 6 Nos x 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways, including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-I 2009 all as specified and as directed and testing on completion all complete and the test result of earth resistance shall not beyond 1 ohm. Note: Cost of copper earth strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5m length from earth pit shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. Copper strip and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid separately. If desired earth resistance is not obtained, the contractor shall re-execute the earthing without any additional cost.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Cutting existing CI pipe line 150mm bore and insert 100mm dia 'T' of size 150x150x100mm including earth work excavation, returning filling, ramming, jointing materials etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Necessary run lead joints will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying of ductile iron pipe spigot socket and class K-7 100mm dia including necessary connecting arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cast iron bends (any radius and angle) tappers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket) Tee, pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross ( all socket or socket spigot) collars, caps and plugs suitable for 80 to 200mm dia ductile iron pipe with spigot and socket and sockets end including necessary connecting arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for run lead joint for spigot and socket pipes and fittings for 150mm dia including necessary connecting arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for run lead joint for spigot and socket pipes and fittings for 100mm dia including necessary connecting arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix sluice valve 100mm bore CI body ISI marked class PN 1.6 heavy duty flanged ends cast iron wheel with SS spindle (ISI marked) conforming to IS:14846–2000, short body including nuts, bolts, washers and gasket, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick masonary valve chamber of size 750x750x750mm (internal size) by providing PCC M-7.5 type D-2 foundation 100mm thick, brick work in CM 1:4 and plastering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick for internal surfaces and external surfaces upto 150mm below GL, 75mm thick PCC M-15 type B-1 as in coping, valve chamber cover made up of 50x50x6mm thick angle iron frame and not less than 6 mm thick MS sheet cover complete with lockening arrangement and handle including painting steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary earth work excavation, returning filling ramming and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown on drawing no. TD-119/Sheet no. 1/1 and all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for trench for laying of cable/ pole/ pipe/ foundation etc., and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 15 here-in-before but depth exc 1.5m and not exc 3m complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soft/ loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cms thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil/ excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and laying in trenches un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV type 1, flat, size 300x180x40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Filling and spreading of riddled earth as obtained from item No.15 here-in-before for UG cable cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note: If the required quantity of riddled earth not obtained from above item the contractor should bring the same from other location (not beyond 50m) including necessary earthwork as directed from borrow pit/ trench and the quoted rate deemed to be included.

Material and labour for galvanized iron tubing 100mm dia light grade with all fitting laid in wall /floor /under road/ culvert/ on pole for protection of cable including providing fixing clamps, bolts and nuts of suitable size as required complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earthwork, excavation, etc., shall be measured and paid under relevent items as required.

Supply and lay standard size common burnt clay bricks sub class 'B' for cable protection, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV grade (E) cable for outdoor termination, cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for HT XLPE cable, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 185 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV grade (E) cable for indoor termination, cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for HT XLPE cable, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 185 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV grade (E) cable for outdoor termination, cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for HT XLPE cable, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV grade (E) cable for indoor termination, cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for HT XLPE cable, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing in proper position steel tubular swaged poles of type 410-SP-55 (11m long) complete with CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws and pole cap and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fixing on pole danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size /type, stringing and jointing on poles including providing binding wire etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white/ brown including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one nuts (galvanized iron), 150mm height, 150mm dia suitable for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm height and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing switch air break, gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, having current rating upto 400 Amps for working pressure 11000 Volts with drop out type fuses (three numbers of 40 Amp capacity) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC M-10 Type C-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation for pole, stay and filling and mass concrete including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC M-15 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copping of electric pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of step down transformer 11KV/ 0.433 KV, copper wound, outdoor type, 3 phase of capacity 200 KVA including both HT/ LT side closed compartment 4 wire LT side, 50 cycles per second, oil immersed, star rating 4,naturally cooled, off load tap changers and with standard fittings/ fixtures, cable box at HT /LT side complete including first fill of transformer oil with desired dielectric strength filled upto appropriate level, temp gauge, breather tank, cooling coil, LT side cable box to be fitted with suitable size of cable gland complete as per IS-1180 including necessary PCC M-15 type B1 platform of standard size for installation of transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type 11KV VCB line up - 3 (Three) panels switch board consisting of 630 Amps, VCB 11 KV - 01 No as incomer with 630 Amps VCB 11 KV - 02 Nos as outgoing, outdoor type metalclad air insulated switchgear suitable for SCADA compatible rating11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 cycles, 630 Amps, 500 MVA, 23.0 KA for 3 second type with copper bus bars/ jumpers with floor mounted, horizontal drawout type vaccum circuit breaker with motor and manual operated spring charge stored energy mechanism complete in and including necessary PCC M-15 type B1 platform of standard size for installation as per manufacturer recommendation with the following components: The panels shall be made of CRCA powder coated steel sheet, dust and vermin proof, locking arrangement, totally enclosed, free standing floor mounting type, compartment based with truck mounted vacuum circuit breaker spring operated electrically and manually charged operating mechanism suitable for horizontal isolation, horizontal draw out type VCBs with copper bus bars, back entry type complete and connections with the following protective and control devices as below. Design, manufacturing, erection and installation, testing and commisssioning of 50 KVAR, automatic /(manual optional) APFC panel, 8 stages, 440 volts, 50 HZ, APFC shall be metal clad, outdoor type made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet steel with projected slope roof for rain water protection dust and vermin proof, front opening hinged double door shutters with neoprene rubber gasket, powder coated, including danger plate, earth bar with GI strip 32x6mm - 02 Nos, ventilation louvers, bottom detachable gland plate, complete including 75x75x6mm angle iron base frame with locking arrangements and provision of suitable size PCC M-15 type B1 platform of standard size for installation for mounting of panels board manufactured by CPRI certified factory/ firm including the following with TPN aluminium busbars complete with busbar connection internal wiring, incomer circuit breaker (MCCB) shall be mounted in a separate, louvers etc., requiring manual operations. The operational height of panel shall be at height not less than 300mm and shall not exceed 1850mm from the ground level including following components complete all as specified and as directed i.e., (i) indivdual control panel MCB upto 10 KVAR, 440 Volts, 50 HZ - 01 No (ii) Heavy duty cylindrical type capacitor (5x4 + 10x2 + 10x1) fixed = 50 KVAR, 3 phase. Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty), 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm 3½ core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only GI chain link MS Galvanised fencing of any mesh, size and type not exc 4 Kg / sqm weight complete all as specified and as directed.
