Replacement of Electro-Mechanical components of 2500GPH X80 meter head Submersible pump set along with allied works at pumping station Moila-salbla stage-0.The job involves disconnecting the incoming power supply and extraction of pump set from the bore well by decoupling and drawing out all the pipe one by one manually by using manual chain pulley set and other tools and tackles followed by manual carriage of pump set upto the road side and then shifting to the workshop in vehicle Job also includes dismantling of pump set and extraction of damaged parts and then providing and fitting of 06-no new impellers, cotter- 05no, neck rings-06no to the pump and thrust pad to the submersible motor .Job includes replacement of damaged components of 50 ampere LT control panel by way of extraction of damaged power contactor and then providing and fitting of new 50 ampere 3 pole power contactor 01 no each (one as main and other as delta contactor). The job also includes providing and fitting of new voltmeter 01-no, ampere meter 01-no and internal control wiring. Assembling submersible pump set and shifting back to site by way of mechanical transportation and manual carriage .Lowering the submersible pump set in bore well by coupling and lowering of all the extracted pipe one by one along with providing and fitting of new flange, bolt ,nuts, washer and rubber gaskets etc. along with fitment of 50 ampere LT control Panel. Job also includes providing and laying of new three core submersible cable 6mm2 approximately 25 meters in length in place of damaged submersible cable. Complete job includes cost of material ,labour charges to & fro and transportation charges /carriage charges, tools and tackles charges.
