SITC (Floating Jetties HDPE with stainless steel railing superior quality and Gangway of 6 meter length

Floating Jetty Modules should be made of High Grade High Density Polyethylene whose melt flow rate should be less than 3 g / 10 min @ 190 Degree C and 21.6 kg Load

Floating Jetty Module should be of L: 50 cm, B: 50 cm, H: 40 cm

Weight of the Boat Parking Module should be 8-9 kgs

Load carrying capacity should be Minimum 300 kgs/sqm

The shape of the Floating Jetty Module should be 3-Dimensional male-female interlocking such that the Floating Jetty Module can interlock by themselves

Each Floating Jetty Module should have a Separate Anti-Skid Top Cover of 14-15mm Thickness fitted in the cervix of the main module

The top surface should be fitted inside the side walls of the Floating Jetty Module and it should be bolted in such a way that there is no leakage of water from the point in which bolt is fixed between top and below surface thus making the surface the best Anti Skid surface available worldwide

There should be one more surface below the top surface with a gap in between top surface and surface below to enable expansion contraction of Floating Jetty Module which can also be used for passing of electric cables & water hoses if required

The lug thickness of the Floating Jetty Module should be 20-21 mm to ensure enough strength to the structure

For Boats parking on Floating Jetty, HDPE ‘U Shaped’ Floating Jetty male-female interlocking module of dimension L: 100 cm, B: 50 cm, H: 29 cm and weight 11-12 Kgs with HDPE rollers should be fixed for smooth parking. The quantity of these modules will be dependent on site requirement and these can be interchangeable with the main modules if required

HDPE Heavy Duty Long Fender of L: 150 cm with 3 lugs to be fixed on the Floating Jetty Modules at required places using Nuts & Boats of same material to protect Floating Jetty System from being hit directly by the Boats

Aluminium Side Bars with Rubber must be fixed in the lugs of the modules at required places on Floating Jetty System

Human Safety Railing of stainless steel Material to be provided for human safety along the perimeter

1 Number of Aluminium Gangway of Length : 6 meter and width: 1 meter should be provided. It should be hinged at the shore side and should have rollers at another end

Supplying of Life Jackets (Superior Quality) as approved by Engineer Incharge

Life Jacket should have Unique Stowage Design

Life Jacket should have 2 Nos. Reflective Tape Front / Back

Life Jacket should have 3 Nos. Polyester Webbing Belt attached with quick release Strong Buckle and Clip Slider Webbing Holder Easy to adjust

Hull Material of Life Boat should be Poly Ethylene (PE)

Length of the Life Boat should be between 390 cm -410 cm

Width of the Life Boat should be between 150 cm-160 cm

Weight of the Life Boat Hull should be maximum 160 kg

Capacity of the Life Boat should be minimum 8 person

OBM: Electrical OBM should be provided of 1000 W Input power, Propulsive power of 480 W, Comparable Petrol Outboard (Thrust) of 4 HP with Integrated Battery of 530 Wh Li-Ion, Tiller Operated, 360 Degree Lockable Steering, Integrated On Board Computer with GPS-based calculation of remaining range, Stepless forward/ reverse drive, Completely waterproof (IP 67)

OBM panel should be provided for fixing OBM

Mooring Ring, Mooring cleat and Chromed drain plug should be provided

Storage bench should be provided

Tow rope hole, Deck Lashing and Foot Bars should be provided

Life Boat should be IACS Member Certified (Certificate to be submitted with Technical Bid)
