Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old existing MS or CI gates of any description and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhats including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.5 sqm each etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Chowkhats including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm and n.exc 4.00 sqm each etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Excavation in post holes (similar holes) in soft/hard dense soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out in hard dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm , watering, and removing surplus soil toa distance n. exc. 50 m and making good surface.

M&L for mild steel work (Miscellaneous) for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wiremesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting, etc. and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type C2, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling & mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F chain link fencing made out of plain mild steel galvinised wire, width of aperature 50mmx50mm & 4mm dia, to new steel posts by means of nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire stapples or steel pins complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or Square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long, dia of shank 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over for strengthing of chain link fencing, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hookings ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annelead) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing 4mm dia galvanised steel wire 50x50mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for welding not exceeding 2.5cm in length to the metal not exceeding 6mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for repair, servicing and overhauling of rolling shutter gear operated type with chain wheel and hand chain of any size by oiling , greasing to gear box , guide channel , shaft , pully and minor repair to gear box, hood cover, pully etc and replacement of minor parts like spring ,pins, lathe etc and including securing guide channel to walls with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and making gud the surfaces with CM (1:4) and making the rolling shutter functional to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.
