Taking out / removing existing water proofing treatment on roof including screed bed and cleaning the surface of slab with wire brushes, removing dust, fungus, moss small plants etc from the slab and removing the rubbish off the premises(out side MD land) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on RCC roof slabs mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% mixed with by weight of cement finishing even and smooth to receive water proofing treatment complete without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

M&L water proofing treatment over RCC slab by applying oil based bitumen primer @ 0.25 kg/Sqm and providing and laying 3 mm thick APP (Atactic Poly Propylene) bitumen membrane modified water proofing polymetric membrane with 100mm side and end lap having weight not less than 3.50kg/sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester reinforced matt weighing not less than 160gms/sqm polyester core having soften point not less than 1500C, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650N/5cm, by torching method and applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @0.15 Kg/Sqm on membrane surfaces complete including carrying out 24 hrs ponding test complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Tenderer shall get the work of waterproofing treatment to RCC roof slab through manufacturer or through their approved applicator only.

Supply only integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI marked).

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises (out side MD land) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles , 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06Sqm but n.exc 0.11 Sqm, laid in floors set and jointed with neat cement slurry including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles and laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 600x300mm/ 200x600x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with colour of tile and laid over & including 10mm thick cement plaster as in backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tile and laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F vitrified swimming pool tile of size 247 mm X 122 mm and thickness 8mm Standard on horizontal surface ( floor) and vertical surface in swimming pool of approved manufacturer and specified shade like Orient Blue / Dark Blue /new blue etc. laid in approved pattern on 3-6 mm ( 5mm average) thick bed of adhesive mortar of Polymer modified cementitious adhesive ( Bal endura gold star / letecrete / Rock force ) in conjunction with polymer modified liquid Bal endura admix Adlor equivalent product of letercrete / Rock force mixed in required proportion as specified by manufacturer including filling / scaling of joints 2-3 mm thick between the tiles with epoxy grout of Bal Endura Epoxy grout / Letecrete / Rock force with matching colour pigment to make it water tight and finished neat complete, as approved and directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L for 25 mm thick PCC M-10 grade (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base including demolition of cement concrete and removing the same off the premises ( out side MD Land) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs/flooring of any description laid bedded and pointed any mortar and removing the rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 20-25 mm thick machine cut machine polished kota stone slab laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 with roughening of surface, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing to give high class / glossy finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 20-25 mm thick machine cut machine polished kota stone slab on vertical surface as riser of steps, skirting, dado with hand polishing to give class finish and laid over & including 10mm thick cement plaster as in backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and hand polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Rounding to edges of stone slab (granite) one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) slab machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing & laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

The Swimming Pool surface to be treated shall be clean thoroughly to remove any loose dust cement particles, laitance and binding wires etc.by abrading with hardware brush & sander machine & any water outlet area with cutter mc as 'V' groove shape. All roof/Swimming Pool damages floor/Wall clean from dust free & wash from clean water & all sides' repairs from Dr.fixit URP & 53 grade OPC grey cement & silica sand making proper ratio and apply polymer base mortar on all sides and floor roof/Swimming Pool damages surface and apply first coat of Dr.fixit Fast Flex on all required terrace primer area. When it's dry apply second coat of same material on same area with sandwich fiber glass net mesh. When it's dry apply final finish coat of same material on same area and also include Dr Fixit URP Polymer grout and Dr. Fixit Pidicrete AM material in hollow area with grey cement. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- On completion of WPT work 72 hours ponding test will be carried out,if there is any defect or leakage arrives WPT treatment will be Redone without any extra cost to deparment .
