(I)Kadamtala to Gamariya road- Maintenance of Earthen Shoulder (filling with fresh selected soil)Making up loss of material / irregularities on shoulders (Average 150mm filling) to the design level by adding fresh approved selected soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment at OMC upto a lead of 1000m as per technical specification clause1903.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.(ii) For Grading II Material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, requisite type of screening/binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (A) By Manual Means, (II) WBM Grading-II, (b) Using screening Type-A(11.2mm agg.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, requisite type of screening/binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (A) By Manual Means, (III) WBM Grading-III, (b) Using screening Type-A(13.2mm agg.)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 -1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg. Per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated wirh primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503.

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant ) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) With hydrated lime/cement as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification)(I)'with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen for GradingII(10 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement (M40) having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 including carriage. a) including Edge block/Edge restraints

Reinforced cement M15 grade kilometer stone of standard design as per IRC-8-1980 fixing in position including painting and printing etc.(ii) Ordinary Kilometer stone.(Pre-cast)
