Construction of Class Rooms at Front portion (second floor) of Womens College at Jeypore for 2025-26-Building

CIVIL WORK : SECOND FLOOR First class Fly ash Brick masonry using bricks of size 25cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per. Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix( 1:6) with ordinary Portland slag cement(PSC) and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in Super stracture including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

12mm (1/2 inch) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing, cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

16mm (5/8 inch) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing, cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

Supplying and fixing of Fibre ceiling including cost of all labour T & P royalties etc. required for the work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge .

Supplying, fitting & fixing of MS grill, door and window etc of approved design in proper position and making good to the damages to wall or RCC structure including mending or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with C.C (1:2:4) with cost, coveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P required etc. complete in all floors.

Supplying and fitting fixing of Un plasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride(UPVC) ( FENESTA / NCL VEKA LTD.) Three Track Three Panel sliding window 60 Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 108mm x 45 mm x 2.5 mm for outer frames and Window Sash of 39 mm x 58 mm x 2.5 mm capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.5 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the window frame shall be fitted with 6 mm thick clear toughened glass of SAINT-GOBAIN make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant and the system is to be installed using Reinforced Large Coupler at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing/ deglazing at site etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges, materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638 14,EN 477 95 and other applicable codes and standards

Providing , fitting & fixing of Al. door with OEL anodized Al. door section of 9202 aas vertical member, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 6mm plain glass in top portion with 12mm thick prelaminated board in botttom portion fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip No.4660 and frame to be completed bt means of jointing angle No.1855 including all cost of labour T & P hire charges of drilling machine labour charges etc complete.

Providing, fitting & fixing up partition walling OEL aluminium anodised section No. 9210 and 9207 as single groove and double groove respectively as horizantal and vertical member and OEL section 4660 as Tapered clip for fixing up 12mm thick prelaminated board (Nova pan Make) and jointing angle No.1855 etc.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of MS Square ppein purlins, rafters, truss etc of approved design in proper position and making good to the damages to wall or RCC structure including mending or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with C.C (1:2:4) and one coat redoxide primer with cost, coveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P required etc. complete in all floors.

Supplying and fixing of Prepainted Sheet (0.40mm thick ) in roof in roof drilling holes in windties including fixing of ridges valleys windties etc. including cost of all labour T & P royalties etc. required for the work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge .
