Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and disposal of malba/ rubbish out side the premises etc. complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L for providing coloured Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of approved size, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with the colour of tiles, over and including 15mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing coloured 450x300x7mm thick glazed ceramic tiles on vertical surfaces such as skirting,dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with the colour of tiles, over and including 10mm thick cement mortar backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 to 25mm machine cut, polished Cuddapah stone slab, in single piece, in window cill, riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar and similar work, laid over and including backing coat, in CM 1:4, 10 mm thick, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including taking down/dismantling old one complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with 'P' or 'S' trap, with integral foot rests with flush pipe of 32mm dia including 10 ltr capacity low level flushing cistern with necessary PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm long etc complete.

S&F in repairs SS Soap dish, any type, fixed to plugs with chromium plated brass screws complete all as specified.

S&F in repair towel rail 600mm long fixed with and including chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats (Min wt 190 gms) complete all as specified.

S&F 600 x 450 mm bevelled edge mirror of selected quality glass mounted on 6 mm thick AC building board or commercial plywood and fixing to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws and cup complete all as specified

S&F in repairs for PVC (SWR) multi floor trap 75mm dia with grating including jointing with solvent cement followed by dismantling of old existing floor trap of any type including demolition of concrete if required and embadding new trap in concrete as required complete all as specified and directed by EIC
