REPAIRS/MAINT TO PATH, BRICK DRAIN, CULVERT, CLEANING OF DRAINS, REMOVAL OF VEGETATION AND CERTAIN MISC WORK IN AIR FIELD IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STN PURNEA

Dismantling of Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) laid dry or laid dry and pointed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of old cement concrete in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thick below or above ground floor and remove rubbish from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as spceified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick as in sub base complete all as spceified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (glossy finish/rubber mat finish) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment as in floor laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushion and including filling of interstices with fine sand, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Size, shape & pateern of tiles shall be decided by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for sand filling under floor or in foundation in layers n. exc 15cm thick, including watering and consolidation and sand filling surface shall be flooded with water for at least 24 hours, surface allowed to dry and then compacted and graded, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Sand shall be clean, free from dust, organic and other extraneous matter. It shall not contain more than 5 percent of clay/silt.

Demolition of brick works built in cement mortar including all quoins pillars arches etc including PCC benching/coping etc complete all specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius in CM 1:4 using old size brick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls at drain, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete as in foundations, filling and mass concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as spceified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, cill, plinth courses, string courses, bed plates, kerbs with & including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel TMT bars 10 dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to IS: 1786, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 19 here-in-before but 5mm to 10mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for cleaining of storm water drains by surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep & avg. 15 cm deep and getting cut in soft / loose soil including cleaiing all grass vegetations spillings shrubs brush wood under growth. Roots & removing excavated material obtained from cldeaning to a distance n.exc. 50 M from outside the periphery of the area under clearance and depositing the same in low laying area complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for cleaining of storm water drains inside/outside cleaiing by rough excavation n.exc. 1.50 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including cleaning all grass vegetations saplings, shrubs bush wood under growth roots removing excavated material obtained from cleaning to a distance not exc 50 M from outside the periphery of the area under clearance depositing the same in low laying area, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

Loabour for grass cutting any No of times at particular location (vegetation clearance) near by run way taxi etc by manually by using hand tools, where jungle jim can not be operated in a such a way that grass should be maintained exceeding 10 cm but not more than 15 cm in height from ground and removing from site at outside of MD complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
