Part I:Maintenance to the road from NH49-Kuppan valasai Railway (R-124)

Clearing the Light Jungle without uprooting including all Labour charges

Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with lead of 0 to 100 metre deploying earth moving machineries and tippers including benching, formation fo bunds, breaking clods, sectioning etc., compelte.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Part VIII:Maintenance to the road from Amma Park to Aranmanai Salai upto Municipal Limit

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10M and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay stiff block cotton, hard red earth shale's, murrams, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil SS 20B for foundation250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing and laying Cement concrete interlocking block ( Surface Textured ) pavements having thickness 80mm and compacted over a thin thin bedding sand layer of 30mm thickness and joints shall be filled by fine sand of specified grading as per table
