Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor: DSR 2023 SN 2.35.3.1

12mm Cement plaster with Cement moratr in proportion of 1:4 cement & Coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth finished even and smooth as per DSR 13.4 PWD s.no. 13.4.1

4 mm thk glass panes Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shuttersand partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete asper the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm DSR 2023 SN 21.3.1

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brandand manufacture to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer DSR 2023 SN 13.41.1

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqmover and including priming coat of exterior primer applied@ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) DSR 2023 SN 13.46.1

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wallsurface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. DSR 2023 SN 13.80

Painting on wood & STEEL Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufactureof required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitableshade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture DSR 2023 SN 13.62.1

Providing and fixing PVC false ceiling at all heights with integra densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler |false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595mm of approved texture.design and atterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per B:476 (part-4). fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7). humidity resistance of 100%, themal conductivity <0.043 Wim K as per ASTM K 518:1991 in true horizontal level suspended on inter- locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main- T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm, cross- T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended |from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 5x25x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall parition with the |help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws.
