Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exc 400 sqm ( depth exceeding 50 mm but n. exc 100 mm) including stacking usable materials for re-use and removing rubbish to a distance n. exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing Unsurfaced wet mix macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface oF WMM IVVBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for premixed bituminious macadam with 4% of binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-10 laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled & compacted with roller of 8 to 12 Ton to required gradient and cabmer ( consolidated thickness upto maximum 75 mm) to make good the cut edges of roads etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc including cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ at 5 kg per 10 sq m. putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again will rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparaing existing black top surafce by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surafces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanica sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed. by Eng-in-charge.

M & L Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content using paving bitumen VG 30 by weight by total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 6% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out be less than 6% than minimum binder content of 6% given herein above shall be provided.

Supply and fixing cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA-972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150 x 150 x 300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of new / old road surfaces and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines ,dashes, arrows etc. and the like n.exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition precast cement block/stone walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for stone masonary walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 graded stone aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, rackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cemnt mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed 100 mm dia pipe in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 18,008.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
