Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Ultra Voilet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) unit inside the AHUs at Civil Airport Jammu

Design, Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of Ultra Voilet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) in existing Air Handling Units (AHUs) with out affecting cubic feet per minute flow (CFM). Job includes complete design & submission of reports with adapting Advanced Oxidation Plasma (AOP) Cell and Ultra Violet Germicidal Irradiation technology, generating ultra violet rays and hydroxil ions to prevent airborne decease transmission by infectious agents which may involves droplets by sneezing or coughing or are otherwise distributed into the air, the details of AHUs, Specifications with quantity of AOP cell units and Specifications with quantity of UVGIs are placed in tender documents (Total AHU 19 Nos.) including providing necessary modification, installtion, testing & commissioning of AOP-UVGI units (with 5 meter 3 core suitable size copper flexible cable for each unit) inside the AHUs/AHU planum/HVAC duct with the provision of control panel comprising of Electronic Ballast with high power factor of > 0.90, Run hour meter, Mains on indicator lamp, MCB or Disconnect Switch, indicator lamp for each UV lamp, complete etc as required. (Similar to Ensavior/ Aeropure, Myaire/ UVDI/ Honeywell/York / Philips / Sukrut / Alfaa UV or equivallent for UVGI & for AOP cell ultra fresh, air exchange solutions, elite air techniques,Ensavior, RGF, Myaire, Streilaire or equivallent *with no ozone forming certification for UV lamps and all electronics components used shall be UL listed, meeting the technical parameters mentioned in the tender documents and with prior approval of the Engineer-In-Charge.) Submission of air quality report from NABL certified lab with testing as per SS 554 (with upto date ammendment or equivallent) complete etc as required. Testing shall be done by collection of Plate sampling method for total microbial count in CFU/M3 in 8 hours, 12 sample in one day.The lab should have experience in Air quality checks for reputed hospitality industry/Health Centre required.The work completion shall depend upon the submission of Air Quality Report

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of 6 A 3 Pin Plug Top suitable for 240 V, 50 Hz supply. (Model no:Crabtree ACAGXXW063 or Equivalent as per approved make list.)
