Sulphuric Acid (techncal grade 98%) and Liquid Chlorine gas as mentioned at Sr. No.4&5 above shall be supplied

by HPGCL and only the quantity to be used for CW Chemical treatment are to be indicated above for working out the equated prices for determination of L-I firm.

It is mandatory that the bidder will have to quote the qty. of the intial fill of all the chemicals from sr. no 1 to 5 in

addition to the rate of chemicals to be supplied by the firm (Sr. no 1 to 3) if the bidder quote in deviation to the same that bid will not be accepted.

GST will be admissible as per HSN code.

Yearly qty of the chemicals at Sr. No. 1,2,3,4 & 5 will be calculated on the basis of the follwing formula.

Yearly Qty= [ 365*{ A + B +C ] + D + E

This yearly Quantity along with qty of intial fill of all chemicals will be considered for rate comparasion purpose.

However, the payment will be made as per actual consumption of the chemicals.

The manpower for the dosing of CW Chemicals will also be provided by the firm.
