Sinking of 7.0 M external diameter well through all kinds of strata such as sand, clay, silt in aluvial soil mixed small kanker (bajri) rock etc by dredging out the muck with suitable devices and loading the the well for further sinking where well is not sinking under itself weight, also engaging all limits to controls tilts and shift within the premissible limits (Max Tilt 1 in 80 and Max shift of 150 mm in resultant direction). Any change in actual tilt and shift may necessitate change in the design of well and cantilever etc and any extra cost on this account shall have to be borne by the contractor depth of sinking is to reckoned from the lowest water level.(NSI) (i) For 0.00 to 3.00 M depth.
(ii) For 3.00 to 10.00 M depth.
(iii) For 10.00 to 15.00 M depth.
(iv) For 15.00 to 20.00 M depth.
(v) For 20.00 to 25.00 M depth.
(vi) For 25.00 to 30.00 M depth.
(vii) For 30.00 to 35.00 M depth.
(viii) For 35.00 to 40.00 M depth.
(ix) For 40.00 to 45.00 M depth.

Providing and constructing 10M wide service road to reach locations indry area of river bed with sand bags and compacted earth including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc as required for proper completion of the work. (NSI)
Transportation of all T&P/Machinary required for boring & S.P.T test, spilt spoon sampler etc ,technician, labour upto the site/location of work in mid stream of Ghaghra river & back to laboratory along with special T & P such as diamand bit dril sampler for taking undisturbed & disturebed soil sample and rock samples recovered in daimond bit drilling process for testing in laboratory.(CSI 19.28)
Field investigation -making bore hole at each leg location of RC Tower of 132KV Ghazipur-Bhadaura S/C Transmission Line in all types of soil strata with MS casing pipe of outer 150mm dia or more as required as per site condition by any method suitable for site condition in accordance with I.S specification No./ 1982-1979 and 1498-1970 and conducting standard penetration test (S.P.T) in accordance with IS specification No./2131-1981 at every 3.0 metre approx or at change of strata during making bore hole and also collecting undisturbed and disturbed soil samples at every 3.0 metre depth or change of strata of soil as per site requirements in each bore hole in accordance with IS Specification No.1892-1978 (Depth of water table to be determined).Avarage depth of each bore hole shall be 50 M.(CSI No. 28.13)
Soil testing for design & construction of well foundation at each leg location of 220 KV RC Tower of 132 KV Ghazipur-Bhadaura S/C Transmission Line in accordance with corresponding IS codes. Collection of Disturbed & Undistrubed samples, SPT at every 3.0 m interval by boring a bore hole of depth of 50 m in all type of soil strata as per below specification & Test. CSI No. 28.14 (i)Consolidation Test as per ISS-2720( Part xv )on clay soil (ii) Sieve analysis test as per ISS 2720 (Part iv) (iii) Atterberg’s limit tests as per ISS –2720 (Part v) (iv) Particle size analysis test as per ISS 2720 (Part iv) (v) Natural moisture content test as per ISS 2720 (Part vi) (vi) Wet density test and dry density test as per ISS 2720 (Part vi) (vii) Specific gravity test as per ISS 2720 (Part iii) section 2 Disturbed soil samples will be prepared in accordance with ISS 2720 (Part I) 1983 and tested as follows (i) Sieve analysis test as per ISS – 2720 (part iv) (ii) Atterberg's limit test as per ISS – 2720 (part v) Submission of soil test report in accordance with the latest IS Code and it must include all the parameters required for designing of well foundation in 03 sets of copies. Providing design and drawing of well foundation required for construction of well foundation for 01no 220 KV RC Tower on Ganga River of 132KV Ghazipur-Bhadaura S/C Transmission Line in accordance with soil test reoprt provided by the firm & Vetting of drawing from Indian Institute of Technology. (I.I.T.)(Complete design and Drawing in 03 sets of copies is to be provided.
