Taking down carefully unserviceable/burnt copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket etc to be measured separately), and keeping aside for taking in account of credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.

M&L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulted FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including cover plate and metal flush box as suitable module and including suitable size PVC rigid non metallic PVC conduit with all accessories concealed in walls and including provision of 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed :-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch.

(b) One fan point controlled by one, one way switch and regulator.

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosure with single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket with one single pole MCB 20 Amps 240 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC rectangular block for mounting, switches, sockets,fan regulator etc. with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 100 mm x 100 mm and 50 mm deep.

All as per item No 25, but 175 x 100 x 50 mm.

Taking down Ceiling fan of any sweep carefully from its installed position, dismantling complete, cleaning all dust, applying grease for bearing, painting of fans complete with superior quality synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavaties with filler, after cleaning all dust, reassembling the fan and blades, hanging/ fixing the fan in its original position and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for re winding of ceiling fan motor 1200/1400 mm sweep any make of fan with super enameled copper winding wire of existing size including cutting and getting out old burnt winding, sleeve work, varnishing with E class insulation varnish , threading ,connections with twin core copper flexible wire of suitable size of length not more than one mtr with each fan complete including re fitting to its original position ets. all as specified and directed.

Taking down exhaust fan heavy duty any make /size 300 to 450 mm sweep for undertaking rewinding/ greasing, reassembling and refixing after necessary repairs complete all as specified and directed .
