Supplying installation, testing and commissioning of 82.5 KVA(66 KW) Diesel Generator Set and AMF Panel with Engine 102 BHP , 04 Cylinder, Vertical, turbo charged inter cooled,mechanical/A1 governing (as per BS 5514), liquid cooled Diesel Oil Engine closed coupled with AC Alternator 3 phase 415 Volts, 50 Hz @ 0.8 P.F., self excited self regulated designed to run at 1500 RPM suitable for 66 KW/82.5 KVA DG Set (Central pollution control board approved DG set) CPCB norms with acoustic enclosure with complete gauge, meter, battery, internal charging system, AVM Pads, Std control Panel with microprocessor controller with engine safeties and protection, residential silencer etc. as required.Auto main faliure panel including auto by pass panel suitable for 82.5 KVA silent type DG set complete with relay, timer,set of CTs for metering and production and energy analser to indicate current phase and line voltage, frequency, power factor, KWH,KVARH & provision for overload, short circuit, restricted earth fault under frequency, control cabling from AMF panel to diesel engine and elsewhere if required, all complete and interlocking including of all instruments etc of TMTL Model AP-82.5-TP or equivalent in Kirloskar, Cummins,Mahindra Powerol,Ashok Leyland etc.and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing electro type-19, 50mm dia,length 2 mtrs and inner space to be filled with crystaline conductive mixture including filling up with electrodite (Back fill compound) as required for safe earth electrode and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40mm dia G.I.pipe from earth electrode including connections with brass nut,bolt, spring, washers excavation and refilling etc as required.

Supplying of following sizes XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured aluminium conductor UG cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS: 7098 (Part I) and IS No: 1554 (Part-I) 1988 as applicable.(make :Havells / Polycab/ Finolex. etc as required.

Supplying of following sizeDWC HDPE PIPE along with all accessories like socket, couplers etc confirming to IS: 14930 PART- II Complete with necessary HDPE fittigs for protection of 1.1 KV grade under ground cable complete as required.

a) 77 Outer Dia and 63 mm inner dia

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the exising DWC/HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

a) Above 95 Sqmm and upto 185 Sqmm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

a) Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 25/40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for the following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor UG cable of 1.1KV grade as reqd.

a) 3.5 x 95 Sqmm(45 mm)
