Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving laid in slope finished even and fair incl making joints at every 2.5m and at corner filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ratio 1:2 by weight incl demolition and complete all as specified

M&L for non skid (joint free) coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exc. exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450x350x7mm thick, in vertical surfaces such as skirting and dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & incl rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and finished rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (joint free) 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm and n. exc. 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles, coloured, heavy duty, non skid (joint free) 12 mm thick, exterior grade, area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm and n. exc. 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Machine cut kota stone in flooring/treads of steps 18-20 mm thick over and incl 20 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the floor including rubbing and polishing complete and moulding at edge if reqd complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed with jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the floor including rubbing and polishing complete and moulding at edge if reqd complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16-18mm thick Granite (any type) (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms, urinal partions and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl edge moulding to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 sq.m with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.
