Provision of services for mechanical job works by means of mechanical Lathe Work

Providing lathe machining services for restoration of worn-out pump shaft threads by metal build-up welding, machining to the required dimensions, and cutting/re-cutting of external threads for proper locking and securing of impellers, lock nuts, sleeves, and other pump components on shafts of various sizes etc. on as and when required basis and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(This including hire charges of T&P & Labour)

Providing lathe machining services for fabrication of impeller lock nuts, including turning, facing, boring, and cutting of internal threads to the required dimensions for proper locking and securing of impellers on pump shafts of various sizes. etc. on as and when required basis and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(This including hire charges of T&P & Labour)

Providing lathe machining services for cutting of internal threads in pump sleeves as per shaft dimensions to ensure proper fitment, alignment, and secure mounting on pump shafts etc. on as and when required basis and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(This including hire charges of T&P & Labour)

Providing lathe machining services for fabrication and fitting of impeller keys in MS/SS material, including machining of keyways/grooves and welding/build-up welding of worn shafts, impellers, sleeves, and allied pump components, followed by finishing as per required dimensions, on an as-and-when-required basis and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Including T&P and labour charges)

Providing lathe machining services for restoration of worn-out pump shaft bearing seating surfaces by metal build-up welding, followed by turning, machining, and polishing to the original dimensions, improving surface finish and ensuring proper bearing fitment, alignment, and reliable operation of the pump assembly, etc., on an as-and-when-required basis and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (This item includes hire charges of T&P and labour)

Providing lathe machining services for fabrication of lock nuts, special spacers, collars, and washers, including turning, facing, boring, and thread cutting as required, to the specified dimensions for proper assembly, alignment, spacing, and secure locking of pump and mechanical components, etc., on an as-and-when-required basis and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (This item includes hire charges of T&P and labour)

Providing lathe machining services for restoration of bearing housing hub seating surfaces by metal build-up welding, followed by turning, machining, and polishing to the required dimensions, ensuring proper bearing fitment, adequate interference fit (tight fit), improved surface finish, and reliable operation of the equipment, etc., on an as-and-when-required basis and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (This item includes hire charges of T&P and labour)

Providing lathe machining services for machining and setting of impeller inner keyways of various sizes of impellers, including keyway dressing, finishing, balancing, and allied machining operations as required, to ensure accurate fitment on the pump shaft, proper alignment, smooth operation, and reduction of vibration during service, etc., on an as-and-when-required basis and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (This item includes hire charges of T&P and labour).

Providing lathe machining services for machining of foot valve seating surfaces, including facing, turning, grinding/finishing, and drilling of fixing holes as per the required dimensions to ensure proper seating, leak-proof operation, and secure fixing of foot valve components, etc., on an as-and-when-required basis and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (This item includes hire charges of T&P and labour)

Providing lathe machining services for removal of damaged foundation bolts, restoration and re-cutting of damaged threads in foundation bolts, gland components, engine foundations, and other mechanical parts, including drilling, tapping, thread cutting, thread chasing, and allied machining operations as required to ensure proper fitment and secure fastening, etc., on an as-and-when-required basis and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
