Supply and lay unreinforced precast concrete cable covers class HVP Type -1 with peak size 300 x 180 x 40 mm. compete all as specified and directed

Supply & laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class EHV type 1 with peak size 450 mm x230mmx50mm in trenches for protection to under ground cable complete all as specified.

Taking out of HT, 11 KV under ground cable of size upto 3x300 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed

Taking out of HT , 33 KV under ground cable of size upto 3x300 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed

Taking out of armoured optical fibre underground cable 12 core complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of armoured optical fibre underground cable, 12 core(fiber) along with light interfacing unit laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on poles/walls, laid under/path or encased in HDPE pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded,galvinised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 300 Sqmm 3 core

15. Supply, jointing and testing, straight through joint, heat shrinkable type, suitable for HT, 11 KV (E) XLPE cables, aluminium stranded conductors cable 3 core, 300 Sqmm.

Supply laying jointing commissioning and testing of XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors 33 KV grade(Earthed) of size 300 sqmm 3 core IS-7098 marked suitable for HT 33 KV system laid in trenches/encaased in GI pipes/RCC pipes under ductsr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply jointing and testing of straight through joint r type heat shrinkble type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 33 KV XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 300 sqmm 3 core.

M&L for PCC in foundation filling and mass concrete type C2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm grded aggregate for foundation complete all as specified

M& L for PCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate for pedestal/coping etc including use and waste of formwork complete all as specified

Labour and T&P only for relaying the HT 11 KV cables of size 300 sqmm 3 core in any position all as directed by engr - in - charge after dressing the soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pipe galvanized light grade supplied and laid complete including fittings 150 mm dia.

Supply and fix cable route indicator made of RCC with 8 mm TMT size 1.5 M height x 60 cm wide x 10 mm thick tapered on top visible above ground duly painted with synthetic enamel paint of yellow colour base and letters with black paint. The description for writing for HT cable 11/33 kv will be given by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road/pavement/hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including material and labour for HDPE pipe of 160 mm dia suitable for 04 Kg/cm working pressure. Wall thickness of pipe not less than 6.5 mm.

Supply and fix cable end jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor terminal heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 185 sqmm.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of sheet steel clad encloser HT 11 KV Indoor type, dust & vermin proof, motorised, as well as manually charged, fully interlocked, horizontal draw out and isolation type floor mounted, 12 KV grade (Or nearest higher) arc-proof Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) switch gear, rated for 11kV, 630Amp, internal arc not less than 25kA/3-sec, confirming to IEC 62271-200, Internal Arc Classified IAC AFLR not less than – 25 kA for 1sec repturing capacity both side extendable type complete as per IEC 62271-200 and IS- 1311, Accessibility Class LSC2B-PM Class, with all standard accessories and metering equipments complete all as specified and directed and comprising following : -

(i) 11kV, 630Amp, 25kA/3-sec, Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker as per IEC-62271-100. Vacuum Circuit Breaker having 01 Nos. encapsulated vacuum bottles of same make as of circuit breaker, motorized spring charging mechanism (230VAC) with integral spring charging handle for manual charging, associated push-buttons, anti-pumping feature, and associated Shunt Trip/Close Coils (24VDC)

(ii) Current Transformers 11kV, 300/150-5A/1A, Core1: Class 5P10, 5VA, Core2: Class 0.5, 5VA, Core3: Class PS-X - Set of 03nos. The 'PS' core will be of suitable knee point voltage and ratio so as to succesfully implement Transformer Differential protection scheme for the upstream power transformer.

(iii) Potential Transformers, rear and bottom Draw-out type for easy maintenance, 11kV/rt3:110V/rt3, 25VA, Cl.0.5 with associated gun-type HRC fuses and MCBs for HT/LT isolation - Set of 01nos.

(iv) Main Protection Relay shall be numerical IED Relay confirming to IEC60255, having 03CT+01PT Inputs with microprocessor based protection scheme for tripping the breaker on various faults like (1) directional over-current or earth-fault in any of the three phases, (2) negative sequence currents due to line-to-line or conductor-break faults, (3) residual and three-phase under-voltages/over-voltages (4) circuit-breaker-failure alarm, (5) tripping-circuit-failures and interpanel tripping/blocking signals via GOOSE based peer-to-peer communication, on IEC61850 protocol. The relay shall be fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder statuses incl. various status, Line-Current, Line-Voltage etc. and display the same locally on a built-in back-lit LCD screen as a Single-Line-Diagram with power & frequency measurements and suitably labelled status LEDs. TCP/IP based WebHMI shall be integrated part of relay for remote setting without requiring any special relay software.

(v) Metering Equipment incl. 01 x Digital Voltmeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), 01 x Digital Ammeter (Acc.Cl.0.5).

(vi) Indications - LED for Breaker ON/OFF/TRIP/Spring-Charged/R-Y-B, 08-Window Annunciator with hooter

(vii) Control Equipment incl. 01 x TNC Switch, 01 x Emergency Trip Push Button, MCBs for AC/DC isolation as required

(viii) Other accessories incl. Space Heater with thermostat for breaker, busbar, LV panel and cable chamber, 3-Pin socket with switch, CFL lamp.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron electric arc welding all joints all as specified and shown in electrical plate no 5 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia 150mm long reinforcement, watering funnel, 40 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode 20 mm dia for watering all as specified and directed and tested on completion.

Note : The cost of joint OFC at both end with existing cable is deemed to included in the quoted rate and The VCB should connected with existing VCB panel of anuj Vihar Substation The cost of connecting of VCB with existing bus bar and making good is deemed to included in the cost of VCB and contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
