Cleaning Thick Jungle and Thorney Bushes without uprooting

Providing, Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Stone screening to fill up the nterstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density

Edging with straight over burnt bricks, laid dry lengthwise, including excavation, refilling, consolidation with a hand packing and spreading nearly, surpluse earth within a lead of 50 metres.

Maintaince of Earthern Shoulder (filling with fresh soil) assuming average thickness of filling to be 150 mm. Making up loss material / irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.300 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom .

Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat .

Providing and laying seal coat 'C' Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall .
