Providing and supplying of Submersible pump set (water filled) of Angel / Kirloskar / KSB / Crompton make model conforming to IS:8034-1976 with up to date amendments. The pump set should be suitable for operation on 240 +/- 10% volts, Single phase AC supply. The power of motor should be at least (+) 10% in excess of maximum power required by the pump in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-) 25% of the duty point head. The pump set shall be capable of working in dry condition and it should include the cost of bearing nut & bolts etc. complete and should meet the following data :- Total Head : 70.25 Mtrs. Discharge : 0.90 LPS

Providing and fixing of starter (Direct on line) with timing controller circuit (timer) for above mentioned pump set of L&T make with suitable capacity, installed on a MS Sheet box of size 0.60x0.30x0.90m capable of mounting a voltmeter 0 to 300 volts capacity and ampere meter of capacity 0-25 ampere of standard make complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double flanged cast steel reflux valve of 40 mm dia of Kirloskar/Leader/Pelican make to conforming to BS:1868/API-600 Class ASA-150 including M.S. flanges Table-5 as per IS 6392-1971 including welding of flanges and capable of with standing of 52.00 Kg/cm² seat pressure with upto date amendments including carriage within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing of following dia 3 layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) pipe UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion weld, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply as per IS:15801-2010 complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (earth work in trenches will be paid for extra) 40 mm dia (PN-16)

Providing and fixing of MS clamps to hold the pump set in the bore well including required bolts and nuts complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of MS sheet box size 0.60x0.30x0.90m fabricated with MS square section 25x25x2.60mm thick of four legs as per IS:4923-2017 cover with 1.60mm thick MS plate mounted in cement concrete 1:3:6 for electric meter starter switch and other accessories with locking arrangement complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of steel wire rope 8mm thick for holding the column assembly and pump set in bore well to avoid falling of assembly and pump set in bore well including complete arrangement of fastening etc. with in all leads and lifts complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of water proof PVC insulated/PVC sheathed industrial flat copper cable 3 core, 2.5 mm² as per IS:674 Part-II-1964 suitable for above pump set of Havells/KEI make from starter to pump set subject to approval of HPSEBL complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in- charge in all lead and lifts.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20m in pick jumper work. (Pick work 90% & jumper work 10%)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of cantering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Steel work welded in built-up section, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red oxide paint in grating, framed guard bars ladders, railing brackets and similar works in trusses and trussed purlins in buildings as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade-304) structure made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing supplying of PVC triple layer storage tank of cap 1000 litres having ISI marked of approved make including all accessories and fittings as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

Providing, laying, jointing & testing in trenches following grade and working pressure High Density Polythene pipes conforming to IS:4984-2016 complete with fitting such as tees, elbows, adapters with metal inserts, reducers, services saddles required as per site conditions and jointing of pipe & fitting with the help of electro fusion welding machine complete in all respect in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) 20mm dia HDPE Pipe, PN-10, PE-80
