Colour washing with two coats usuing emulsion paint of standard make, approved colour and quality over one coat of primming as directed by the Engineer at site to the interior surfaces of walls after through scrapping the leached portions, washing and cleaning the existing old surfaces, including cost of all materials, scaffolding, all leads, labour, lifts etc., complete.

Painting two coats with approved enamel paint for wooden door and steel including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc, complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., and as directed by the department engineer at site in complete.
