Dismantling, floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, including necessary excavation for embedding blocks in ground to a required depth , tempering around the removing surplus soil and depositing to a distance not exceeding 50m complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 6mm thick asbestos cement plain building boards, fixed to timber framework/ iron snap grid with screws or high tensile clips etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or tile terracing tiles, single layer on roof including plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud in roof any thickness including plaster and leaping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per sqm over and including preparation of surface complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 3mm thick superior multipurpose polymeric waterproofing treatment of weight not less than 3.0 Kg per sqm with properties of high penetration and the centre core consisting of 90 micron high Molecular-High Density polyethylene (HMHDPE) film consisting of five layers. The superior multi polyplus is to be laid after preparing the surfaces by cleaning thoroughly to achieve a smooth surface. The overlaps between super multipolyplus are minimum 10cm seam in width/lengthwise complete all as specified and all as per manufacturer’s directions.
