Taking out burnt armature, winding wire and rewinding of armature with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge for 62.5KVA to 160 KVA set wire DG sets.

Taking out burnt field coil and rewinding of field coil with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge for 62.5KVA to 160 KVA sets.

M&L for insulation of armature with Class ‘B’ insulation and Varnishing of armature winding and drying up to desired temperature for 125 KVA to 160 KVA DG Sets.

Meterial and labour for dismantling reinceforce cement concrete pole /Iron poles/struts of any size and type including breaking of concrete cutting of mild bars of any size from below the ground level up to 60 cm depth and all items removing from site all as directed by Engr -In- Chrage (Note :Excavation earth work included in this quoted rate)Note : T&P for above item will be provided by the Contractor.No extra payment will be made for it.

M&L in replacement cast iron LT cable route indicator of size 150mm dia round plate 2mm thick with stand of angle iron approx 75mm long duly marked with LT/MES embedd in concrete block in PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 meter long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws etc including making the holes on the pole (bottom and top) suitable size for drawing of wire 1.5 sqmm 3 core round flexible for connection of security light fitting from junction box to light fittings including of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of silver paint all as specified and directed.

Supply and making in replacement new LT 1100 V end termination with 25 sqmm aluminium lugs duly crimped for LT 3 ½ core armoured aluminium conductor cable after isolating supply to LT panel and disconnecting brunt/fault cable from the bunch of cables in trenches,alleries, removing cable loop, opening the cable blank and connecting back after end terminals, testing and commissioning for following sizes all as specified and as directed Note Excavation,Removal, Return filling in to be paid in deemed quoted rate.

Taking out old handing GI strip/Aluminium (damaged by Monkey ) from roof and wall complete excluding straightening the strip and refixing in the same position with saddle fixing screws gutties etc on wall and roof op conductors including grouting wooden gutties complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore fixing in bricks/stone wall with 2 Nos sopporting clamp made of flat iron of size 25 x 4 mm including nut bolt and grouting bolt complete all as specified and directed for fixing lightening arrester on roof top.
