HVAC WORK AT CONSTRUCTION OF Sub DISTRICT- HOSPITAL IN RAJGARH (CHURU) , RAJASTHAN

Supply , Installation, Testing and Comissioning of factory assembeled double skin central evaporative cooling plant having specifications as per A, B, C, D, E

A. Air washer comprising of 2nos Pre-Filters. First filter shall be 50mm thick Aluminium wiremesh filter & second filter shall be 50 mm thick MERV-8 synthetic media filter with efficiency 90 % down to 10 microns. Both filters to be placed over the common frame.

B. Humidification section comprising of Wet pads 200 mm thick impregnated cellulose paper media ( Celdec pads ) with 2 bend PVC eliminator. The End plates of Pad & Eliminator shall be in SS 304 construction. Also, the inner blank offs of Wet section shall be in SS304 construction.

C. Fan Section comprising of belt driven, DIDW Backward curved AMCA certified centrifugal fan with maximum air outlet velocity of 10m/s suitable for required cfm at 50 mm static pressure (Total static of the unit shall be verified by the OEM before the design & supply of the units). Fan & Motor should be mounted over Aluminium channel of suitable thickness and should be isolated from the unit's bottom panel by means of Spring isolators.

D. TEFC High efficiecny IE-3 class motors as required with pulley, belt , Guard

E. The unit shall be fabricated with frame work hollow extruded aluminium profile with 0.80 mm preplasticised GSS on outside and 0.80mm 275gsm plain GSS on inside complete with 25 mm thick CFC free PUF insulation of minimum 40 kg/cum density sandwiched in between inner and outer skins. Unit should have MS powder coated legs to give height to unit's base channel from the floor surface. SS-304 ( 18 g ) Sump, UPVC Internal piping, make up, drain & quick fill and drain connection, Butterfly/Gate valves for pumps, make up, drain & quick fill and drain connections of sump, 2 no. Vertical Pumps of suitable capacity to be placed inside the unit's housing (external pumps are not acceptable) ,Y strainers and necessary fittings, Concrete Blocks / M S stand, anti vibration pads etc.as required. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.

SITC of Wall mounting cubical type Starter panel made out of 1.6 mm thick sheet steel  powder coated enclosure designed as per Switchgear OEM type -2 coordination chart and suitable for operation of following cfm range Air Washer's Blower motor, pump comprising of over load protection relay, short circuit & single phasing protection, ON / OFF  push buttons,  ammeter, voltmeter, indicating lamps, MCB etc. complete in all respect. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.
