M&L for servicing / greasing of bearings and cleaning to squirrel cage induction type motor of capacity upto 5/7.5 HP, 3 phase 415V, cleaning, varnishing, heating and drying re-erecting, aligning with the pump, testing, including replacement of gland packings, painting the motor with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surfaces and split cauge centrifugal pump set including disconnect/reconnect the suction and delivery line of any size with replcement of suction/deliverry rubber gaskets by dismantling of motor from the pump set removing the stator/rotor separately, cleaning, and graseing pump and motor the bearings (long life grease) including replacement of bearing, minor parts such as nuts & bolts, washers, stud, O ring, coupling, locking key, air vent valve etc re erecting along with pump with proper allingnment in common base frame with sprit level, and laminated packing sheets in any situation, testing, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for repairing/overhauling of split cage centrifugal pump set of capacity upto 5/7.5 HP, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, coupled with motor by replacing of unserviceable parts like bearings, sleeves bushes, housing, shaft with gunmetal impeller including transporting to workshop & back and lath work for filling and grinding of shaft etc assembling the pump with new packing materials, nuts and bolts, washers, greasing and checking the alignment disconnect/connecting up with delivery, suction pipes testing of pump set after complete the work all as directed and specified by Engr - in - charge. Note :- (i) All spares suitable to existing pump set.

M&L for disconnect / reconnect the electrical connection and uncoupling from pump and dismantling from common base frame and opening of stater and rotor removing the burnt wiring and rewinding of the induction motor of capacity 5/7.5 HP, 3 Phase, 415 Volts with suitable size of supper enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge and insulating materials and sleeves, varnishing the winding, drying, replacement of terminal plate re assambled/installed in common base frame testing the motor with existing pump set including transportation to workshop & back all as directed by Engr -in - charge. Note : (i) The contractor will be provide standby Pump & motor set during repair work. (ii) The quoted rate deemed to be including rate of standy Pump & motor set.

Disconnecting electrical connection from the starter/panel for submersible pump set of 10 to 15 HP capacity taking up (unserviceable) pump set including motor from bore well of depth 450 feet to 720 feet and after repair reinstalling the same and making necessary electrical connection and lowering the pump and motor including transporting testing and commissioning and necessary tools and plants etc all as specified and directed by Engr -In charge .Note : Repair work alongwith spares will be measured in relevant items

Split opening the submessible pump multi stage 3 phase 10 to15 HP capacity and replacing the worn out shaft sleeve, impellers, diffuser bush, diffuser housing, bearing, bushes, strainer, bolts, nuts etc and M & L for machining (remetalling, grinding, etc) the shaft and turning, polishing to shaft supply and fixing suitable size gun metal bushes etc reassembling the pump completely all as specified and directed.

M& L for split opening the submessible motor 10HP to15HP capacity and taking out worn out winding and rewinding with copper winding wire as per existing gauge including overall insulation and including replacement of defective parts intermediate sheet bottom and top thrust plate, support bush, oil seal, diaphram, 'O' ring, Key, sand guard and stud and nut complete reassembling the motor complete all as directed.

Develment to existing borewell of 150 mm dia by reboring with high speed pnuamatic drilling of 150 mm dia to a depth not exceeding 200 mtrs including flushing out mud desilting the complete borewell as to be obtain clean / clear water incuding lifting and lowering of submersible pump set.

M&L for desilting the borewell of 150 mm dia by flushing by using high speed pnuamatic drilling / pressure mechine complete till clear water is obtained for a depth upto 720 feet including lifting and lowering of submersible pump set.

Supply and fixing in replacement glavanized steel tubing heavy duty 50 mm bore dia including all fitting such as socket, reducer, tee, elbow, union, nut & bolts, rubber packing etc and including lifting and lowering the pipes from the borewell as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC insulated submersible cable 3 core flat copper conductor (including jointing material) size 6 Sqm 1100 Volt, confirming to IS 694- 1940 complete.

M&L for complete detailed service and maintenance of granular type chlorine based granular chlornation disinfectant treatment plant including repairs and replacement of minor spares such as 3/8 " PVC suction and discharge tubing suitable to the dosing pump, NRV, nuts, bolts, PRV and Y Strainer etc such as required for satisfactory functioning of the unit.

Supply and fixing induction / submersible motor automatic star delta starter suitable for 12.5 HP capacity pump set, 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 HZ including taking out unservicable starter complete all as directed by Engr -in - charge . Make : L & T/ Havells/Crompton

Repair of water supply line (raw/fresh water) with mechanical joint , of any type of pipe line size 100 to 150 mm including taking out the punctured / cracked exsiting pipe and cutting of damaged / cracked portion of pipe making rough surfaces smooth and champhered by grinding and then connected through mechanical joint / coupler joint of adequate size with rubber rings both sides and fasteners of required size and shape as per site requirement complete including incl cutting the bitumin road, Excavation in trenches nexc, 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep and getting out complete in hard/dense soil for taking out and making good of disturbed surfaces as per existing finish all as specified and as directed. Note (i) The excavation in corporation/highway road the repair/damage chrges of corporation paid by the contractor with out any extra cost. paid the corporation chrges for repair work (ii) Damage of pipeline/telephone cables/power cable of any department during the time of excavation the contractor rectify the same with out any extra cost (iii) the necessary work carried out after obatin the permission from civil agency and ensure proper trafic saftey measue. M&L for PCC using cement concrete mortar 1:2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation and as reuired on site for repairing / making good road & path etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 80 x 40 RO membrane filter with casing suitable for existing RO plant of 3000 LPH capacity inclding disconect/reconect the water supply pipe line and taking down the unserviceable membrane from plant and testing of RO plant with authorized rep of Ozone Technologies, including replacement of PVC/CPVC connection pipe, valve, socket, reducer, tee, elbow etc ( Make- Ozone technologies are as recommended by the OEM) all as directed.
