Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding, complete as specified and directed.

Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Coloured vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade, 8-10mm thick (square ) , area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

18mm to 20mm thick granite stone slabs, width and length as ordered, best quality machine cut and granite polished to be fixed on kitchen platform, jointed with gray cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with marble dust (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of slab, rubbing and granite polishing, over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and rounding off/bull nosing exposed edges and making holes for gas pipes etc including demolition of old stone slabs complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 20mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surface of roof with mixing of WPC @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately as “Supply only”)

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:4 over brick or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, includig taking down existing plaster complete all as specified & directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in Cement and Sand mortar 1:6 over brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement includig taking down existing plaster complete all as specified & directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete/brick surfaces as in ceiling, chajja,facia,or similar positions , finished fair and smooth includig taking down existing plaster complete all as specified & directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type / description viz distemper, white wash etc from existing plastered / unplastered surface of wall, chajjas,facia, cantilevers etc with mechanical means / grinder and applying wall care putty (average thickness 2mm as required for desired smoothness and leveling of surfaces in two or more layers) and sand papering, making the surfaces even and smooth and applying one coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of interior wall primer , complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint on external walls , complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of mud phuska as in roof of any thickness incl plastering and leeping etc (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) inclusive taking out vegetation, plants & grubbing out the roots completely, all as specified & directed.

3mm thick Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) modified prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane, based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm) laid over a coat of bitumen primer @0.40L/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/L at 25° C temperature and viscosity 70 to 160 CPS, over primer coat bonding material of blown bitumen 85/25 grade heated to working temperature of 180° C applied @1.2Kg/Sqm. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface as per standard practice and as per manufacturer instructions and finished with applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @100gm/sqm on top of membrane, including dismantling of existing felt /treatment, complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning of water storage PVC service tank capacity exc 500 but n.exc 1000 litres by disconnecting existing tank, setting aside (or lowering if reqd) for cleaning & removing the scale, dirt etc from tank & connecting & refixing in position complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified & directed.

40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring, finished even and fair including finishing surfaces by brooming, all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound, all as specified.

Powder coated (thickness or powder coating of any colour coating not less than 50 micron) aluminium partition/ door /window/ventilator shutters made of aluminium sections including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, aluminum snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Only weight of the aluminium sections shall be measured and paid. Supply only 4.80mm thick sheet glass fixed to aluminum frame work with and including standard anodized aluminum bead, rubber packing, aluminum screws etc, in panels n.exc 0.5 Square metre in each pane, complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting shrubs and tree grown on building (at any location) including digging out roots, filling holes with cement mortar 1:3 or PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 complete all as specificed and directed
